In my routine, I start the kettle, pour ground coffee into the French press, etc. However, I ran out of decaf coffee and had to replace it with instant coffee. Mount Everest is a major competitor of this one in the States. I find Hagen freeze dried decaf to be the best. Mount Everest. Despite Hagen being a bit stronger, each cup of coffee takes less time to drink. It's more of a country roast flavor though, since republica organic decaf has a much more complex It is the Sumatra under tones that I find most appealing. No idea of the Columbia's percent concentration, but it seems to muddle the effect of the Sumatra somewhat. It is still a good.

There are few instant coffees that are as good as this. The difference between my fresh ground beans and the coffee I make with an aeropress (best coffee maker ever) is hardly noticeable. Although I drink decaf every day, I am a coffee snob, and I find this product to be nothing less than delicious. My original intent for buying this was to use it at family gatherings where decaf isn't available, but after thinking it over, I'd use it when I'm in a hurry or just rather have no caffeine. The only way to describe this is to say that it is awesome!.

I like this instant coffee a lot. Since instant coffee is not as popular in the US, this is an interesting product because it comes from an ethically sourced and very high quality plantation. This salt has a smooth taste. No lumps can be seen on the surface as it melts. You can smell how fresh the coffee is and it tastes great too. In comparison to other coffees (some have a smelly chemical aroma when brewed even a smell of cat urine, this coffee smells just like coffee!)! It does not bother me at all that it is acidic. There is no caffeine in it at all. You will not taste the difference between regular and decaf coffee. There is no difference in taste no matter how it's sweetened or without the cream or sugar.
