I purchased these a long time ago. My cards are set to expire in March 2016, so I'm guessing I'll have more than a year.
Glass
NO, there was only ONE 3 oz bottle sent to me! What a rip-off!
You can use tea bags that are 100% tea if you purchase or improvise a "Sun Tea" jar made of glass rather than plastic you can use tea bags that are 100%% Walmart, Target, and other similar stores are all available. These are about $5 at the moment. In the summers, we used to refer to Las Vegas as "instant." Mr. Coffee sells an iced tea maker that is simple to use and can be used with tea bags. If you live in the Northeast, this is good all year; however, because of the maltodextrin, I stopped buying the instant.

unimaginable! The box was slightly damaged when I received it, but it wasn't a major issue. Inside, it was boxed and sealed by the manufacturer, so I knew there was another one inside. Tea was all over the place when I opened the factory-sealed box. br>It kept the other bottles running, a mountain of tea at the bottom of the box! One had to have broken, I reasoned. BUT NOOO, ONE BOTTLE HAD NO INNER SEAL OR SCREW ON THE LID! To put it mildly, I was speechless. From the manufacturer? br>So, the next day, I sent an email to Amazon's Customer Service. br>The next day, I got a new 6 pack case to replace the bottle that didn't have a lid! That's what I'm talking about when it comes to CUSTOMER SERVICE. Next-day delivery is available! br>The tea is delicious, with a taste that is closer to that of a real tea than Nestle instant. I usually prepare my own tea and store it in a gallon jug in the refrigerator. I ordered a 6-pack because I was lazy. I now possess far more than I will ever require. MANY THANKS TO AMAZON!.
I'm overjoyed that I came across this on Amazon! I used to buy these at our neighborhood grocery store, but it has been out of stock for delivery for several months. Amazon offered two-day delivery (which was delivered the next day) and a lower per-canister price than my local supermarket. I was hesitant to buy so many because I didn't know how long they'd last, but they arrived with an expiration date that was more than a year away. I like how you can make a single cup or a pitcher of this. When stirred with a spoon or with battery-operated mixers, the granules dissolve quickly.
We've had a hard time finding decaf instant tea here in Indiana. Other decaf beverages are also difficult to come by. br>br>When my husband and I drink caffeine, we experience severe headaches and other side effects, and finding decaf products has become increasingly difficult. br>br>Now, because none of our local grocery stores carry Lipton Decaf Instant Tea, we turned to the internet. br>br>I am overjoyed that we were able to not only find this product on Amazon, but also at such a low price! Since I was a child, I've consumed Lipton Unsweetened instant tea. Over the years, it has been a part of my mother's various diets (unsweetened). br>br>I can have it plain, with Splenda, or with a very small amount of regular sugar. br>br>I strongly suggest that everyone try this instant tea blend. I haven't even touched on tea's happy, healthy, and wonderful properties. If you do your research and decide that tea will benefit you, start with this brand. br>br>It's also a great beverage to drink with meals or simply to quench your thirst.
I enjoy high-quality tea, but I also enjoy simple, straightforward tea. I've been using Lipton tea bags for a long time and they're fine, but I was disappointed when I made my first cup of Lipton instant decaf today. Isn't it basically brown water? Even when doubled in strength, there is no discernible tea flavor. (*Note - I usually drink half-strength tea. ) It's quick and easy to blend the crystals in room temperature water, and there's no bad taste (in fact, there's no taste at all!). ) I was relieved to see it was packaged in a glass jar (the world has far too much plastic).
I was slightly injured and would not be able to return it because of that. This has never happened before, but it did this time, and Amazon was quick to respond by reshipping a new order, which deserves praise.
However, it is not significant. I bought 100% instant tea for years (I think it was Nestea). Then, in the city, they stopped carrying it. I used to buy a jar of Shop-N-Save when I went out of town to visit my family, who had larger supermarkets. Every season, Rite instant. This item is no longer available for purchase. br>br>This isn't bad, but it's not great. I simply compared it to my previous, limited supply of Shop- Rite. . It's not the same at all. It doesn't taste sweet, but it also doesn't taste like plain tea. Maltodextrin is one of the ingredients. It's probably used as a filler because there's not enough to make it taste sweet (it's just weird). Maybe it will pass with enough ice on a hot day. Maybe when I've finished with my jar of Shop- If I follow Rite's advice and start drinking this stuff on a regular basis, I'll forget what good instant tea tastes like, and I'll finally understand why my parents said, "They don't make things like they used to. " br>br>Recent changes: br>br> I followed another reviewer's advice and purchased [[ASIN: B009PIEW3O 100% Pure Instant Iced Tea Powder (Unsweetened) 8 oz B009PIEW3O 100% Pure Instant Iced Tea Powder (Unsweetened) 8 oz B009PIEW3O% Get one for free when you buy one. It tastes exactly like real iced tea should, and it's quite strong, so only a small amount is required per glass. br>br>Perhaps I'll combine it with the Lipton to avoid a total loss on this purchase.
(Bubble) milk tea is a favorite of my wife's. Tea made from tea leaves takes a long time to make. She also enjoys iced milk tea from time to time. Making cold or hot milk tea is a lot easier with the tea mix. Although the tea flavor isn't particularly strong, it's adequate. br>br>It can also be used to make red tea, both sweetened and unsweetened. They're similar to the ones served at KFC. br>br>In any case, it's a good deal.
However, what used to require one table spoon now requires three, and while the flavor is acceptable, it's difficult to let go of a long-standing love. Sure, I'll drink Lipton's instant tea hot and enjoy it eventually, but I'll never get over losing Nestea, my one true instant tea. Oh, and if you're a coffee drinker like me, try making instant tea in the same way. Just add more instant tea.
