Sorry for the obnoxious title, but I wanted to draw the attention of any women who suffer from heavy periods. In the week leading up to my cycle, I boil one teabag every other day. If I fall behind on my cycle, I will definitely use one teabag per day. I boil 8- Drink 12 ounces of water every day. The next day, I reuse the teabag and add a new one. I even let it sit in the fridge overnight to steep. It has proven to be extremely beneficial. I have two very heavy days coming up where I won't be able to leave the house or go very far unless I bring a change of pads and undies with me, and I'll still be soiled when I get home. I can now go out and do things without worrying about gushing. A fibroid is a growth on my uterus. My cycle has been nice and tidy since I discovered this tea, as long as I use it. I hope that this review is helpful to others who are going through a difficult time.
It has a mild black tea flavor that I really like. br>With my first child, I had a very traumatic labor and delivery, as well as major postpartum hemorrhaging, and I was at risk for it again, so I figured I'd give this a shot (I also have a family history of postpartum hemorrhaging - All of the children died as a result of the mother's hemorrhage). br>br>I had my baby four weeks ago, and labor took only three hours! I began drinking this tea when I was 37 weeks pregnant. I started with 2 cups per day and gradually increased to 4 cups per day. My contractions were so painful that I couldn't stand it. I didn't have time to get an epidural because my labor was so quick, so I had to deliver my baby naturally, but believe me when I say this tea works. This tea is highly effective. At 3 a. m. , I arrived at the hospital, and by 6 a. m. , I had a baby girl. This is my second child, and while they say the second comes faster, I'm pretty sure the tea played a big role in it.
