Even though I'm an addicted coffee person, it's my health that is requiring me to give it up in every way. My first sip of this tea and I knew I had finally found a replacement that I could live with for my two week I have not missed my morning coffee at all 16 days later. No matter what time of day you enjoy your coffee, this provides me with all the benefits I love about coffee without any of the negative effects. I am very disappointed with the quality of the teabags. Upon removing the teabag from the prepared cup of tea (and after steeping for only 3 minutes), the strings often tear through the edge of the teabag. There are individual sleeves for the teabags, which makes it convenient for taking some with one When I remove saturated tea bags from the toaster, I use silicon tongs since too many strings have broken and I have had the bottoms of a few teabags burst open.
