Questions & Answers
No, it is not.
I usually use 1 tablespoon of lavender per 8 ounces of boiling water, steeping for about 10 minutes. I strain it through a sieve and allow it to cool to room temperature before pouring it over ice. It's especially delicious as a half-and-half with lemonade!
Although it is a French product, it is packaged in the United States.
You could, but I'd rather keep them in an airtight container. jar with a tight seal They are extremely durable.

This is the first time I've ever purchased groceries- lavender of a high quality I'm making lavender sugar as a gift for the holidays. It smells fine, but it's a dull, sage green rather than the vibrant purple depicted on the package. (You may or may not care about this. ) The cover photo, in fact, is a fabrication. Look at the picture I took.
Please do not squander your money on this. This isn't something you should buy. On top, there was a thin layer of dried lavender buds, but the rest is green stems that aren't usable.
This was the first time I'd ever used lavender in a recipe! For about five minutes, I boiled the flowers in milk. Allow the milk to cool completely before using it. strained the flowers from the milk and tossed them in the trash, then refrigerated the lavender-flavored milk until the next day The next day, I made lavender buttercream icing with the lavender flavored milk. EXCELLENT. Here's the cake with the delectable lavender buttercream icing I made!.
e. Is it organic in the first place? It was given three stars because it was delivered in good condition. The scent and flavor are strong, and the packaging is attractive.
I bought lavender to make lavender cupcakes (after trying some at a local bakery, which were delicious but expensive). This recipe called for soaking 1 tablespoon lavender per 1/4 cup of milk required by the recipe overnight and using the strained milk in the batter to give a good lavender flavor and fragrance but not one that was overpowering. I will purchase these flowers again because they appear to be very fresh and fragrant. In terms of price, it's also a good deal.
But my favorite part is that Kate, the seller, will send you a PDF with a variety of simple and easy recipes to use the lavender buds in. Whether it's a lavender syrup or lavender creme brûlée, there's something for everyone! Hello, and may I say, "Wow!" I bought lavender buds to steep in my tea, but I've discovered that I can use it for so much more! One of them is taking a lavender bath. I would recommend purchasing a satchet if you intend to use this for tea. It's very simple to use, and it's available on Amazon for a very low price!.
I'm not going to use the lavender for about 30 days because I'm going to make some shower sachet bags. I couldn't wait any longer, so I opened the package to smell and examine the flower buds, which were oh so lovely. The flower buds have a lot of life to them. My plan is to make sachet bundles out of vintage handkerchiefs. Additional bags will almost certainly be required. I did place a second order for two more packages. Tea is something I'd like to do.
