Hello, I just got this package in the mail. It's in a ziplock bag, but it hasn't been sealed. Is that how it's supposed to be?

When I got mine, it was still sealed. I'm not sure if I'd send it back, depending on what you plan to do with it. I wouldn't worry about it if you aren't eating it.

You delivered a product that was not sealed and claimed to be organic but had no proof of organic origin. I require proof, and why isn't it sealed for my safety?

There are a variety of ways to demonstrate that something is organic, with third-party certification being the most straightforward.

How is it possible that 1 pound of flowers has a shipping weight of 5 pounds? 6 oz? What kind of flower farm did you use to grow these flowers?

I originally stated that my bag weighed only 8/10 of a pound on my home scale, which I believed was due to the scale's insensitivity. The unopened bag weighed 1 pound when I took it to the post office to weigh it on their ounce scale. 20 ounces, which includes the weight of the bag, giving the impression that there is a full pound of tea leaves.

What is the approximate number of cups (dry measure)?

It appears to be approximately 4 cups, but it is sold (by weight) as 1 pound, so the physical amount may vary.

Tiny shreds, shoddy packaging, but a sizable bag Although this is a large bag, the flowers are in very small pieces rather than whole flowers, as I had hoped

I'm not sure how fresh it is or if someone tampered with it because the bag came unsealed with nothing to tear it open to ensure freshness until it arrived to me. Apart from that, the bag has a tear at the bottom, indicating that it isn't brand new. The bag is silver and opaque, which makes me wonder why they don't want us to see the entire product; I haven't tried it yet because I'm concerned about its safety, and it's not ideal for the purpose I had in mind. There are no options for returns, and there is no customer service. br>I've updated it to reflect the fact that I've discovered ROCKS in it. Purchase this item at your own risk.

My wife and I discovered hibiscus tea on a trip to Egypt a few years ago, and we've had enough tea for a long time

I liked the flavor and bought some teabags from time to time. br>br>I was surprised to learn that a pound of tea costs less than a dozen teabags and decided to give it a try. Tastes just as good, and there's plenty to last us a long time. br>br>It comes in a resealable bag, so I expect it to stay fresh for as long as we need it. I will definitely buy from you again.

I was under the impression that I had ordered Shredded Hibiscus. I know I ordered Hibiscus Flowers 99% of the time. I was expecting to receive dried flower pieces similar to those in the photo. I was given a bag of Shredded Hibiscus, which was disappointing. I'm not sure if it's Sharp or Mild, but it appears to be fancy cut shreds that are nice and fine, rather than a regular thick shred. I haven't tried the melting texture or consistency, but given the fineness of the shreds, I expect it to work. If not, it'll make an excellent baked potato topping. Unfortunately, that's the only thing I can do with it. What a letdown and a squandering of funds.

The tea is delicious, and the price is reasonable for the quantity

It was a fantastic deal. In addition, it makes a refreshing iced tea. Every day, I brew a large pot of tea. After it has cooled, combine it in a blender with organic brown sugar, lemon juice, and ice. I bought it because I'd heard that Hibiscus tea helps with edema. Unless I drink a lot of water, I don't get much relief in that regard. My husband, on the other hand, has only one glass of wine and is on his way to the bathroom. So it clearly works for people who don't have severe issues in this area, and the flavor is pleasant. I really like the color. I like to make it stronger before adding ice to cool it down.

I DESPERATELY WISH I HAD READ THE OTHER REVIEWS IN DETAIL. ANYWAY, THE POSTING PICTURE OF THE ITEM IS OF A FULL FLOWER, NOT BITS, AND THEY SHOULD CHANGE IT TO SHOW BITS BECAUSE THEY CUT THE FLOWER INTO BITS AND I SAW A ROCK WHEN I LOOKING INTO IT. This leaf could be intended for animals (turtles) rather than tea drinkers like me, so I STRONGLY ADVISE THAT THE COMPANY CHANGE THE IMAGE OF THE ITEM. IN ADDITION, THEY SHIP IT IN A FOIL BOX, SO YOU DON'T SEE IT AND CAN'T RETURN IT. I AM NOT SIFTING THROUGH FOR ROCKS, SO I WILL NOT BE USING THIS PRODUCT!.
