A trademarked name for Starbucks' frappuccino is Frappuccino. want to make a caramel frappe, absolutely you can do so using this product. You would add 1/2C to the Classic White Frappe Mix, 6oz of Whole Milk, and 1oz of Ghirardelli Caramel Sauce to the mix. The Ghirardelli Sea Salt Caramel Sauce is also a good choice.
Adding the hot coffee to the powder, instead of the other way around, will make the perfect result.

It's much more economical to replenish my 3 lb tub with this large 10 lb size, and it also is too big for the existing tub I already own. In the beginning, I was shocked at the price of our favorite white mocha at our favorite local coffee shop, but then I remembered how much I pay at the coffee shop I have used this particular one (not my first time ordering this) despite it experiencing some damage during shipping, but the interior bag was still intact, so it should be okay now. Though I wish the giant bag could offer a bit more protection than being zip-tied, this is Ghirardelli's way of doing things. Therefore, I must be ok with it since so far I have not been killed by it. As for the scoop, I use it around the kitchen as a plain old tablespoon works for me. This is a newer addition that I'm really happy about.
