There isn't a single piece of information in the package that suggests it's natural. It's stated that it's a family-owned business. India's own brand.

I was thinking the same thing. I just got there and discovered (2) 3. boxes of 5 oz I wish I had gotten a response before placing my order. When I ordered this instead of the original chai 16oz bag for $30, I thought I was saving money.

I grind the spices by hand, one at a time, and then boil everything together before adding the milk and using Assam Tea. It has a lovely Carmel color to it, as well as a fragrance that makes me feel happy and loved. Because I'm in the middle of a "move" and don't have access to chai, I came across your tea and decided to give myself an early birthday present. I was nearly as happy as if I had made the tea from scratch as soon as I opened it. I try to use it as little as possible in order to stretch it as far as possible. br>You've nailed the exact proportions of spices needed to make a perfect cup of chai. Your efforts are appreciated, and I wish you and your family the best of luck; anyone who invests in this tea will be richly rewarded. br>'Namaste' is a greeting that means 'I bow to you. '.
I liked this tea a lot, though I'm sure it depends a lot on one's personal taste in terms of flavor and strength. This was by far my favorite flavor out of a sampler pack of ten different flavored teas I purchased from this company. I found it to be milder than some of the spicier flavor profiles, such as Starbucks chai tea, but this is not a bad thing. It has a pleasant scent and is extremely refreshing. It comes vacuum-sealed with the date the tea was harvested, which was around 4-years ago in my case. It's been five months. I drank it with a splash of milk. Honey, despite the fact that it was suggested not to use milk somewhere in the reading. I would buy this tea again in a heartbeat.
The Cardamom Chai Tea is the second VAHDAM product I've tried, and I didn't think it could possibly outperform the Golden Turmeric Herbal Tea, but it does. Turmeric is now only consumed later in the day for me. I make them with 1/3 milk and a teaspoon of sugar, as they suggest, but I've also tried them without milk, which worked out fine. The Cardamom chai has such a smooth, rich flavor, with no artificial flavor or bite; it's simply delicious. In fact, despite the fact that I stopped smoking seven years ago, my morning cup of Cardamon Chai reminds me of a relaxed, contemplative "smoke" (minus the coughing and negative nicotene effects). My drink is in a mason jar, so I have a "large cup," but their proportional recipes work for any size drink. The tea packaging is both functional and pleasing to the eye. It comes in an airtight "brick" with two bags and two labels to keep the tea fresh (100 cup size order). I'm hoping VAHDAM doesn't make any changes to their products, as I'm sure I'll try another one at some point. It's difficult to believe that any chai or tea I try will compare to Vahdam Cardamom Chai.
chai foreword I fell in love with the style of chai she makes every morning while staying at a friend's house in India. Hers begins with a high-quality whole-wheat flour. She lightly toasts the spices before adding them to the tea leaves in Assam tea, and cardamom is the most prominent spice flavor. The majority of chai teas I've purchased in the United States are styles that feature other spices such as cinnamon and cloves. I'm too lazy to make chai from scratch every day like she does, so this tea is the most similar I've found. It's made with CTC tea rather than whole leaf Assam, but it's still delicious. It's not quite as good as hers, and I'm curious to see if using whole leaf Assam rather than CTC makes a difference. It's possible that the spice flavors obscure the subtle differences you'd otherwise notice between whole-grain and processed foods. Assam leaves and CTC The difference could be due to a variety of factors: The method of preparation, whether it's toasting the spices, blending the mix fresh every day, or the specific spice blend. In any case, using my lazy "scoop it out of the bag, steep it, pour milk in and drink" method, this is the best chai I can make. It comes highly recommended from me.
I was on a mission to find a blend I could make at home in the same style after enjoying a unique cup of chai recently at an Indian restaurant. This isn't a spicy chai, but it does have luscious cardamom high notes, which is exactly what I was looking for. I got out my milk pot and infused the milk and water with this tea, making it Indian style, and oh my, it transported me. The leaves smell wonderful and are very fresh. This would probably be a great ice cream base as well. Hmmm.
I originally gave this tea a bad review, but I'm sorry - I was wrong. Prior to fully opening the package, I made an incorrect assumption. I'm humiliated and vow to never act in such a hasty manner again. br>br>What you get is a block of shrink-wrapped plastic. Tea leaves in a box, wrapped. The tea comes with a lovely letter from the CEO explaining the company's familial history and the source of the tea leaves, which is ingenious and preserves the freshness of the tea like no other. You also save shipping costs because you're not paying for a bunch of air inside the product, and you feel like royalty because the tea comes with a lovely letter from the CEO explaining the company's familial history and the source of the tea leaves. It does come with a pouch and sticker, and you can pour the tea yourself into the resealable pouch, which is great if you want to give half to a friend. This is a high-quality tea that my entire family enjoys, and I plan to purchase more of it.
The cardamom tea was well-packaged and vacuum-sealed when it arrived. sealed and unopened This tea does not disappoint me when it comes to aromatic teas and spices. Only black tea and cardamom are used in this recipe. One reviewer's suggestion of combining two Vahdam tea blends for personal taste piqued my interest, and I tried it out with great success. To begin, I brewed each blend separately (the Cardamom tea and the Ginger Masala tea, both of which I purchased) so that I could taste them in their purest form. They're both tasty. Then I mixed half of one brewed tea with half of another brewed tea. (Each tea was made with one cup of water. ) Using a tea ball, steep 5 teaspoons loose tea in 300ml of water for 5 minutes. ) When they're combined, they're even better! Yes, there is caffeine in the blend, and it is mildly stimulating, but I believe the cardamom properties mellow the caffeine effect, and I've discovered a new enjoyable and possibly healthy tea ritual. Thank you, Oprah, for bringing this wonderful tea to the attention of the public. Thank you, Vahdam, for your dedication to providing a superior tea experience!.
