I've been mixing the large packet with other teas, and its _only_ virtue is that it gives regular tea a slightly silkier texture. I can't believe I paid money for something that tastes like watered-down milk.

Of course, it won't taste exactly like chai, but it'll suffice for a quick fix. At work, you get free chai! Dip a tea bag in it for a while if you prefer a strong or large tea flavor.
