I have a box that says "contains Caffeine," but it doesn't say how much, so I'm guessing it's not much. It doesn't seem to bother me if I drink a few cups late at night. It's been a long time since I've had it.

These are the best chai k-cups I've ever had. You can smell the individual spices while they're brewing. So good! br>br>The product is of excellent quality, as are the cups.
