They are, indeed.
I've had my pearls for over a year and they're still in good shape; however, the tea flavors don't last long if you drink them as frequently as we do. You'll have to contact the seller to find out how long the product has been on the market.
These powders are highly processed and not at all natural. Cooking is required for the tapioca pearls.
With green or black tea, you can combine any of the flavors. There's no need for creamer because it'd be too sweet otherwise. It's the same Boba blends that you'll find in high-end coffee shops and Vietnamese restaurants.

Although I am not aware that this item is not returnable, the mixture tastes like plastic. Not good. This item is not something I would recommend. I'm not sure why I can't give it back. That is completely absurd.
The powders are extremely fine in texture. Even with the shaker, the powder does not disappear unless you use a blender. To make a drink that tastes good, you'll need a lot of scoops. Tapioca is a tasty and simple dish. The straws are a good size, but I'm not sure I'd buy it again because it's a bit pricey for what you get.
This was given to my daughter as a present. She tried the papaya and got terrible stomach cramps and became ill after drinking it. The rest of the kit will be thrown away!.
Except for the mislead cook time for tapioca boba, I loved everything about this kit. It states that it will be ready in 5 minutes. NOT TRUE. SET THE TIME FOR HOURS. As a result, we were unable to use it for our party. However, there are some great flavors.
Stop wasting your money on bubble tea from places like Starbuck's because this is the same thing, and it's even easier to make. It comes in three delicious flavors. It's also a hit with my daughter's friends. Sucking and chewing the tapioca pearls is a fun activity for us. The only drawback is that there aren't enough straws or cups; otherwise, I'd give it a five-star rating.
Great value for money, and it's a lot of fun to make drinks.
Very nice kit, but the flavors aren't my cup of tea.
