Boba is something I could drink every day if I wanted to! And creating these pearls is a breeze. Boil the water first, then add the beads, set the timer for 5 minutes, and they're done! They're not overly soft, but they're perfect! I start by putting a little honey in the bottom of my cup and swirling the finished pearls in it before pouring my tea. It greatly enhances the flavor!.

Similarly, cooked pearls can be frozen to extend their shelf life. br>br>I'm not a fan of overly sweetened foods. y bubble tea that is frequently sold in restaurants, so having the ability to make my own at home with whatever sweetness or flavor I want is a dream come true! br>br>This is a product I would strongly recommend.

I followed the directions in the product description and the results were fantastic! They taste great, and I was able to get them to a chewier consistency without them becoming too crunchy. type. The straws that come with them are great because they are the perfect size for boba. I'd read that some people's bags came with water, and while mine did as well, it wasn't anything to be concerned about. I had taken some boba out of the bags and placed them in a mason jar for presentation, and they remained dry the entire time they were in the jar. What I believe happens is that the starch in the boba, which is a key ingredient, is extremely sensitive to temperature and humidity, causing the boba to "sweat" in their bags. I believe this is difficult to control due to the nature of its travel across several states, but it had no effect on the quality of the boba for me. I 100% strongly recommend them!.

They weren't as gelatinous and chewy as the ones I'd bought from boba shops when I tried to use them. br>br>I boiled some more water, dumped them back in, and boiled them for another 8 minutes before removing them from the stove and letting them sit in the hot water for about 10 minutes. They were a lot better. br>br> They were probably a little overdone at that point, but they were still a lot more fun than they had been previously. I believe that if you boil them for 15 minutes right away and then set them aside for 10 minutes, you will get the best results. It'll be perfect if you let it sit for 15 minutes before straining it. br>br>I used them in some Thai tea I made from a mix (Number One Brand in the tin can purchased on Amazon) and a splash of homemade brown sugar simple syrup, 1- It's made with 2 tbsp vanilla almond milk creamer and about 1/2 cup oat milk, and it's delicious. It may be superior to the boba tea I've had at a nearby establishment. The straws included in the package are also useful for sucking up the bobas. br>br>The three bags (I can probably make 6 drinks or more from one bag) and the straws are well worth the money.

This boba was one of my favorites. This is the first time I've made it at home rather than ordering it from a restaurant or cafe. I think I'd like to play around with it a little more to see if I like it with a different tea or milk flavoring, but the boba itself is pretty tasty! Even if you only get one package, you get a lot of it. I only made one drink and barely got a sip out of it. It's great that you get boba straws as well! It's both practical and adorable! When you can just throw these in the dishwasher, I imagine using plastic boba straws would be a pain!.

If you don't want to go to a boba shop, these are a good alternative. Unfortunately, once placed in ice cold liquid, they harden up again, regardless of how long they have been boiling. If the metal straws included with it were wider, they would be much better and safer (boba choke hazard). It's easy for Bobas to get stuck in it, and getting them out requires a lot of effort.
