As I followed every step to a T, I was able to use this product. In the first place, my box that the product came in was damaged. I found the tapioca balls unbearably bland and couldn't even swallow them because, even after boiling for a long time, they turned out to be like RUBBER. The flavor tea packets were still unpleasant for some reason they I am not impressed at all with this product. I found everything to be old or stale and tasted bad. This is definitely not a product to get.

The items were actually delivered in an envelope and the box that everything was kept in was severely damaged. What it says is a bunch of things you can buy separately, not at all what it sounds like. A "kit" like it seems isn't what it seems to be.

There is a big rip off going on here. A kit of 12 boba drinks will not have enough boba pearls. Things would probably be more convenient if you bought them The item can't be returned or refunded.

In my opinion, the fruit one is best. Making this for my family was a treat that I enjoyed. Tapioca balls can only be enjoyed with straws, so they include them. The food is so good!.

It is light on There isn't much punch in this one. Sooo yeah, I really liked black tea, and that wasn't in this box, but I'd say the other flavors were ok for a quick fix, but not worth the price for me. I won't be buying any more of these. Even though I find the straws ok, my bobas get stuck in them, which is something I do not like.
