I agree. It has a distinct flavor that is not comparable to that found in supermarkets. Without the paper covering, the packaging is also unique.

This time, we tried the prickly pear and orange (my family is familiar with and *loves* the San Pellegrino Blood Orange flavor), and both the adults and the kids enjoyed it. It's quite refreshing, and I'd have to say that neither of us has ever had a prickly pear, so we don't know if it tastes anything like the actual fruit, but it does have a dragonfruit-like flavor. The drink has the same nice refreshing finish as most Pellegrinos, though I have to say that the blood orange is still our family's favorite. Regardless, this was another winner - I wish Amazon carried the entire San Pellegrino line! When will the Chinoto or regular Pear/Orange flavors be available?.
This is a flavor that I really enjoy. The prickly pear mix was a must-try for me, and it was surprisingly tasty. Sanpellegrino beverages contain real fruit concentrate, which distinguishes them from artificially flavored beverages. I would suggest starting with a smaller package of each flavor because some of us prefer certain flavors over others. It's pricier than some other carbonated drinks, but it's well worth it.
Having grown up in Arizona, I expected this to be a flavorful blend of prickly pear and prickly pear fruit. However, despite the fruit on the can, this beverage tastes almost entirely like the prickly pear cactus itself (nopales) and not like the fruit or orange juice in any way. It's still pretty good. br>br> It's also nice that this 24-hour period has been set aside for this. There were two 12-packs in the pack. Packs that are easy to store in the refrigerator. However, I was expecting a more refreshing drink, and instead, it has the alkaline, harsher flavor of prickly pear pad, rather than prickly pear fruit.
a sparkling orange beverage After the first sip, I realized the flavor wasn't what I remembered, but rather a sugarier version of it. I could be wrong, but this is my third purchase from Amazon, and it no longer tastes as fresh and refreshing as it used to. With all of the added sugar or whatever was changed in the formula with the packaging revamp, it appears that the drink's distinct flavor has been lost.
I'm a big fan of Sanpellegrino drinks, so I was thrilled to see that they had prickly pear. I've enjoyed the flavor of prickly pear beverages on a few occasions, but this is the first time Sanpellegrino has gotten it wrong. This is OUTRAGEOUSLY BLAND. There isn't even a hint of orange, let alone prickly pear flavor. Sanpellegrino's flavors are intense, which is why I like them, but this is a huge fail. I would have sworn this was a fake product if I hadn't checked their company website and double-checked the packaging; it isn't up to Sanpellegrino standards at all. I'd give it a 0 out of 5 star rating if I could.
Corn syrup is used instead of dyes. Flavored by nature. 130 cal. YUM! First and foremost, this is not for you if you like super sweet, syrupy sodas. This is the soda of choice in our house. There are no artificial ingredients, it is lightly sweetened with real sugar, it contains no caffeine, it contains real fruit juice flavoring, and it contains 130 calories. The flavors of orange (not blood orange) and lemonaid are both fantastic and would make excellent cocktail mixers, particularly the lemonade. With a hamburger or hotdog and fries, the orange flavor is fantastic. Allowing your children to develop a taste for super sweet sodas is not a good idea, and if you must give them a soda, make sure it tastes good. This is a no-brainer because it has 130 calories, is made with real sugar rather than corn syrup, and contains no artificial dyes. This is a tasty treat that you can feel good about indulging in. With that said, it should be consumed in moderation, as with all sweets. You'll never want another orange soda once you've finished your first case, which Amazon sells for a reasonable price. By purchasing one case, you will be able to save money by adding it to your monthly subscription. 130 calories vs 220 calories with no dye or corn syrup? What's not to like about it? Perhaps the price, which isn't bad but could be a little lower. Cheers!.
At one point or another, blood oranges, lemons, oranges, and a variety of other flavors have passed through my fridge - Prickly Pear, on the other hand, is without a doubt the best flavor ever created. I'm confident that anyone who tries it will agree with me, and I'm confident that I'll be able to persuade others to try it as well. Also, I'd like to commend Amazon's delivery team for consistently delivering this to me in a safe manner each and every time I place an order!.
This Prickly Pear and Orange combination does not appeal to me. I have to finish all of them because I am the only one in my house who drinks San Pellegrino. br>The fact that they have apparently stopped putting the foil lid on top has also lowered my rating to three stars. Over the last year, I've purchased several cases of San Pellegrino, but none of them have the foil lid. It's a shame, because aside from the delicious flavors, this was one feature of this product that I really liked. I'm hoping that this was due to a manufacturing error on a few cases, and that the foil lid will be included on the next cases I order. Let's see how things turn out.
