It's been in the fridge for two days now. It's been three months and it's still good.
This is 100% yuzu juice, a citrus fruit. Because I can't read the label, I can't say whether or not it's gluten-free. There are no additives, according to my friend.
I'm sorry, but I'm not capable of doing so. Why don't you inquire about it with the vendor? br>I believe that each country's food (label) labeling is different.
This is a citrus fruit native to Japan. Perhaps a little bitter, but not as much as lemon or grapefruit.

Even just learning about the different sauces and seasonings is a steep learning curve, but I've always enjoyed learning, and a local Chinese take-out place is a great place to start. out is always eager to help me with my questions. It can be challenging at times because I don't always understand their heavy accent and they don't always understand me, but they're patient and have provided me with numerous suggestions ("ahh. yuzu. That's a fantastic achievement! "Every time I use it, I think of them and smile. " br>I had previously purchased a brand that lacked the bright flavor I expected, and I now prefer this one. I only started using this one after I finished the other brand; I've used it with vegetables (especially roasted asparagus or Brussels sprouts), fish, chicken, and even a little in fried rice, and I've even added it to Instant Pot Jasmine rice. br>There is only one major issue for which I do not believe a star should be deducted, but it does warrant a warning. First and foremost, I appreciate the fact that it is packaged in a glass rather than a plastic bottle. The cap, on the other hand, is a problem. Despite the fact that I always make sure the cap and snap top are tightened after using a product, I dropped the bottle while cleaning the refrigerator. out, and in the time it took me to pick it up, the cap had popped open, spilling nearly the entire bottle on the floor. Yuzu isn't cheap, and the bottle was nearly empty when I got it. This was upsetting because I live on a Social Security income and have a very limited budget. Oh, well. I'll just have to put it off until next month.
This yuzu juice is the most similar to what I'm used to of all the yuzu juices I've tried. It has a distinct slightly sweet, mandarin, lemon, lime, tart flavor, but it lacks the floral undertone. Perhaps the floral is only present at certain times of the year, or perhaps it was the region where my original brand grew, but I have yet to find a suitable substitute.
Yes, fresh juice would have been preferable; however, this served as a satisfactory substitute. I appreciate the company's decision to use a glass bottle rather than a plastic bottle. br>br>I don't care for the price, but I like the product, and I'll keep buying it until I can find a source of fresh fruit. Just a word of caution: There is not a single English word on the label.

While it's not freshly pressed real stuff right in front of you, it's a good product that captures a lot of what you're looking for. In fact, it will split into three levels. br>This is a sign of high quality. br>You can tell they're using high-quality fruit because the pulp, pith, and other parts of the citrus fruit will separate. Meyer lemons/limes come closest to what I'm thinking of. Salmon, shrimp, and vegetables like spinach, chard, or asparagus benefit from this simple but delicious addition. It's also good in sweet baked goods, according to a British cooking competition (which I saw). I really can't express how much of a difference this makes in the flavor of foods. I'm no longer interested in lemon/lime juice! Even stealing lemons from my neighbor's lemon tree is no longer an option for me!.
I'll be placing another order. This was of very high quality. This was used to make a yuzu cheese cake, which was delicious.
