"Key West lime juice" (not the juice made with Key limes) is contained in the yellow plastic bottles with green caps of the Nellie and Joe brand. On the other hand, a glass bottle holds actual Key Lime juice (i.e. Citrus juice from smaller and sweeter Key Lime fruits).
I am unsure whether gluten is bad for me. As a preservative, less than 1/10 of 1% sodium benzoate is listed as an ingredient on the label, but Key West Lime juice from concentrate is listed as the main ingredient.

Several websites suggested using key limes, Persian limes, or Nellie & Jack's. I have used Joe's lime juice, but I have never used regularly lime juice. Most of those I asked said there was no difference in taste between our first three choices, so I chose the N&P juice. I was unable to find the first two options in the stores, so I bought J lime juice instead. The pies were for my mom's 80th birthday, and she loves key lime pie. A number of people were also looking forward to them. I was nervous about making the pies, as they were for her special day. It was important to me that the pies turned out well. My key lime pies are almost frozen, so I bought this to make them. However, the expiration date is 12/21, so I will never use a fraction of it. Had I known they were going to send me a bottle with such a short shelf life, I wouldn't have purchased it.
It was my first time making a Key Lime pie until I discovered that your product called for it. I had it shipped in 1 day, made the pie for Easter, and had my family fighting over the last bite. The next time I will thank you when I make 2 I SHOULD HAVE MADE 2.
