I've had it in the fridge for six months and it's still going strong!
My inquiry is as follows: Are you allergic to these two items, or have any members of your family experienced negative symptoms as a result of them? br>br>For myself, the answer is no; I am unconcerned about these matters in the least. I grew up in an era when kids played in the dirt and we were exposed to a lot of bad things on a daily basis as we walked around the neighborhood. Lucy's 100% Lime Juice 100% is one of my favorites. br>br>Best of luck with your decisions.
I've never tried making ceviche with it, but there's no reason why you couldn't. This should work if the recipe specifies lime juice.

The juice was delivered in a plastic bottle that was undamaged. br>In the evenings, my husband enjoys a cocktail with lime juice. Fresh limes are prohibitively expensive, as are other small bottles of lime juice. The 1 gallon size from Lucy is a great deal. Several pints were filled* by me. sized canning jars and kept the majority of the juice frozen. br>*Before you do this, make sure you understand how to freeze liquid in jars; otherwise, you'll end up with broken jars and wasted juice. The "secret" is to only fill the jars up to the shoulder. Do not proceed past the point where the jar curves inwards towards the neck. br>Lime juice will be available for quite some time.
" I've had good results with ACV in terms of weight loss. So far, I've lost 30 pounds in five months. Because I can't drink ACV by itself, I combine 4 TBS Lucy's lime juice, 4 TBS ACV, and 2 heaping TBS Stevia in 4 cups water. This equals about 1 liter, which is the amount of water I consume on a daily basis. I'm sure Lucy's Lemon juice will be delicious as well; I just prefer Lime Juice, and I think Lucy's Lime is a superior product. I also use Lucy's Lime in my cooking.
The product came with a VERY sturdy white plastic seal across the opening, but the cap lacked any sort of gasket (the foam/waxed circle inside the lid), which I previously complained about in my review. To open it, you had to break the plastic seal, and because there was no gasket, the cap would leak. br>br>They've gone back to the old foil seal, and the cap now has a waxed gasket to keep it from leaking. Thank you, Lucy's, for putting that right. It was the only minor flaw in an otherwise excellent product. br>br>FWIW, if Amazon is ever out-of-business, I'd recommend that you use them. I buy about six gallons per month for my own personal use, so it's probably my fault. When I say this juice is fantastic, I'm not kidding.
I'm not going to lie to you, I'm not going to sugarcoat it. This is as close as you can get to lime juice with pulp in it; I bought it because my husband makes the best margaritas in town and we were tired of squeezing fresh lime. It's easy to use, and the flavor is fantastic!.
I used to drink gin. Tonics during the summer, which lasts about two weeks in northern Minnesota, but the quinine has been giving me heartburn recently. I chose to try gin for the first time. Give lime juice a try. Lime juice is low in calories, which I appreciate. To add some sweetness, I squirt three squirts of zero-calorie Liquid Stevia into the cocktail. It's almost a healthy beverage! It's packaged well enough to be dropped from a military transport plane or an Amazon drone, and it comes in an easy-to-pour gallon jug.
This was purchased as a substitute for roses sweetened lime juice, and it has made a significant difference in my cocktails. This is what you want to use whether you're making apple cider vinegar concoctions or kamikazes. I've never tried anything that tastes like real limes, but this is the closest I've come. There were no flaws in the packaging. The shipping was quick, and I received it earlier than anticipated. After opening, make sure to put it in the fridge. Bottom line: Buy with confidence. br>br> Pricebr> Qualitybr> Quantitybr> Flavorbr>br> This is excellent material. This is a product that I would recommend and buy again.
This lime juice is by far the best I've ever tasted. It's delicious when I mix it with Trader Joe's pineapple sparkling water. I also use it to make skinny margaritas with tequila, and it's delicious. Lucy, I'm a huge fan of this stuff. Please don't raise the price to the point where the value is ruined.
I bought a gallon of lime juice so that I could lime "cook" a bunch of halibut and make my annual large batch of ceviche in the summer. br>br>Unfortunately, the bottle was snatched up by the wife almost immediately after it arrived - a soda for her- Addiction to fizzy water in the form of a stream I'd never tried a drop, much less used it. But, if my eyewitnessing is to be believed, it was fantastic, according to the wife, who claims that the gallon is already gone and summer isn't even halfway over. I returned to re-read what I had written previously. I was going to order another gallon and thought I'd throw in my two cents. At least, that's how I see it.
