That seems to be the real deal. This was a great tool for making porridge, and it infused a lot of flavor into it. You will need to soak the dried scallops in water for two days If it is going to be added to porridge, soften it for 3 hours first. In my opinion, dried scallops from China are not worth buying, as it can be difficult to determine their quality through a website and a photograph. The best scallops to eat are those from Japan.

It's great to have them around. The taste of my congee and soup is significantly improved by them. The price is good as well. The company is the one I will reorder from.
