Let me ask you a question. Having sent this to my Father, I wanted to let you know. Does he need to refrigerate each item- Can I open it before or after it has been opened? As an alternative. It is a pleasure to work with ?

They can only be opened after they have been opened.

I would like to know how long this can Christmas would be great if it were available. ?

You should be able to use the cured meat for years to come. In the event that you aren't sure, put it in the fridge. Thanks a lot

Are there any identifying marks on the packaging indicating the expiration date?

Honestly, I don't know if there is an expiration date, but I would imagine there would have to be one. I really enjoyed the meats!

There will be no cheese

As I was so nervous about whether my husband would like it, Santa brought it to our house for Christmas. It was so good to see him eat some of the salami for Christmas breakfast. I'm delighted it worked as well as it did. It is very much appreciated that you sell food without cheese (he has a dairy allergy so purchasing cheese would be wasteful). I love it!.

I've been molded! There was a mold that came with it! Father's Day is tomorrow, and the Father's Day gift I got to my husband is rotten! It was the worst experience I've ever had!

There were a lot of missing items in the box. Pepperoni, hard salami, and spicy chorizo were the only items on the pizza.

Those were all great picks, all of them tasted good. Everything is not held in place by the box since it is flimsy. It is a product I would order.

Boxes like the one it came in were horrible. I loved it so much that I gave my boyfriend the DVD. There was nothing good about the container it came in. This was a cheap shirt box that did not hold the weight of the product well. In order to give it to someone as a gift, I had to repackage it.
