What I remember about that taste

This is how I remember the taste sweet and tart. The women from church would bring rhubarb pie and strawberry/rhubarb pie to a potluck dinner and it would bring back memories for me and my wife. The taste of this jam takes us back to those days. In our last order, we included a jar of the low sugar jam, which we highly recommend!
