Beet balls have been in my life for almost a decade. The tangy, lightly spiced and slightly vinegary fried chicken wings are delicious. The tomatoes go well with feta or parmesan cheeses on salads. Beet balls are always a hit at home and church, whether celebrating holidays or special events. I like how big it is - You can serve the little beet balls as a perfect topping by dividing them in half. In addition to being delicious as vegetables, they can be heated in the oven. Cooking is SO much easier than eating out Taking the raw beet and peeling it.
