It's great tasting Chocolate tastes like fondant and works the same way. The only difference between chocolate and fondant is the fact that you can not airbrush Having it smuggle off or seize was a problem. Additionally, since you're handling chocolate, the heat is sensitive. Additionally, the packaging had an awful smell to it. It was only after unraveling this bag that I could detect its true smell. If the price does not become reasonable on Amazon, I will not be buying on Amazon again.
