The satellite part has small candy beads inside and tastes similar to a slightly sweetened communion host. When I was a kid in the 1960s, these could be found in penny candy stores. They're still one of my favorites after 50 years.

These are a favorite of my GrandDaugther's. I think they're strange; they're like Catholic wafers, but with candy inside; if you like them at church, now's your chance to enjoy them without the priest's blessing. enjoy.
Every other day, it seems like I buy a new box of 240. For over 35 years (yikes), I've been addicted to these wafer candies. Thank goodness they're not fattening. I'm addicted to them and can't get enough of them. Every morning, I grab a baggy and fill it with wafers and coffee before going about my business. I'm not sure where I'd be without them. It's possible to become addicted to something as simple as this, but it's unlikely.
They simply slapped a label on it and sent it on its way. Because this is food, I find it repulsive. Not to mention the fact that it had been raining all day and they had simply placed the package on my deck in water. I cracked one open to try it, and it was clearly old and stale. This is revolting. Choose a different seller if you want to buy this item. But, on the bright side, Amazon refunded my money, and this candy is usually fantastic!.
I saw these on tik tok and they were described as a childhood candy. I gave them to them to try, but no one who tried them liked them. Also, the packaging is a mystery to me. Because they were just in a box, like candy bars sold at school, they quickly became stale. I will not be placing another order.

I was overjoyed to receive a large quantity of this candy, as it was one of my favorites as a kid. My kids were thrilled with some new small bags we received from Joanna Fabrics about a year ago. These were a waste of $20 because they tasted stale.

They were a penny apiece when I was a kid, and I got 35 cents in weekly allowance, so every week I would go to the candy store and buy 35 satellite wafers, which we called flying saucers. I'll never get tired of them, and they've turned into a family heirloom for my children.
