I bought these for my son several times over the last six months as we adopted baby led weaning and tried to expose him to peanuts on a regular basis; I like the product and the concept, but I believe they are overpriced. I cringed as I watched my child toss these on the floor for the dog to eat, thinking it was a waste of money. Despite the same serving size information on the back, I noticed some changes to the product in my most recent purchase order: the puffs are noticeably smaller in size and the portions seem to be lower. br>br>However, I noticed some changes to the product in my most recent purchase order: the puffs are noticeably smaller in size and the portions seem to be lower. I was already having a hard time paying for these, but when the puffs were reduced in size while the price remained the same, it was an easy decision to cut ties. br>br>Give it three stars because it's a healthy way to expose your child to peanuts.
To begin with, there are only 12 people in the group. Each bag contains 15 puffs. The nutrition label is deceiving because it states that each serving is 12 pieces and that there are two servings per bag, when there should be 24 pieces. Second, the puffs' quality is extremely variable. Some are almost entirely devoid of peanuts, while others are brimming with small shards. Third, the texture isn't particularly appealing. Many of the pieces felt stale to me. My baby likes them, but I expected them to be at least as good as Bamba for the price. Unfortunately, I found them to be mediocre and not worth the money I paid for them.
These were recommended by my pediatrician as a way to help prevent peanut allergies. They are a hit with my baby! They're easy for him to pick up and chew on, and they give me a moment in the high chair while I prepare his meal. br>br>I've had a taste of them and they're fantastic. It's not too sweet, and it's not too salty; it's just a light peanut butter flavor. They aren't cheap, but they are made with high-quality organic ingredients, so they are well worth the money in my opinion. And, especially with the number that comes in a box, we try to only give them to baby on occasion so they last a long time. br>br>The small bags are also ideal for throwing in the diaper bag in case we get stuck and need a baby road snack.
My 7-month-old can easily pick them up and feed herself. Although she lacks teeth, these easily melt in her mouth and are ideal for introducing peanut products!.
These were purchased to help our baby get used to peanut butter. They're actually tasty, and the dog enjoys them as well! It's an excellent way to introduce an allergy food in a small amount and then reintroduce it for snacks. We do have a hard time getting through a bag before they go stale, but we don't eat them every day, so there aren't many that go to waste, and the dog still enjoys them. Even with this flaw, I'd still buy it again.
My child enjoys the puff, which is also nutritious. The only complaint I have is the price, which is nearly two dollars per pack, and the portion size is far too small, even for my one-year-old baby, for the price. Almost the entire bag has been consumed! The actual puff is only about a quarter of the bag, if that. I continue to order them because my baby enjoys them, and I have never bothered to look for a different brand, but I will soon.
"These are an excellent way to maintain a consistent supply of peanut exposure. We keep a snack bag in the diaper bag, and I like that there are only four ingredients and no palm oil. They're also a good alternative to rice-based puffs, which have been linked to high levels of heavy metals, according to reports. br>br>I think they taste like bland peanut butter crunch, but she likes them anyway.
We began solids at 6 months and introduced these puffs at 8 months because I wanted to expose my baby to peanuts at a young age in the hopes of avoiding allergies. We had a good time with them.
