Pros: br>*Great teether (a little more difficult to break down than wafers, but still a good teether)br>*Taste is fantastic (yes, I tried them. ) They have the same flavor as Lorna Doones, but with a lot less sugar! )br>*Excellent value for the pricebr>br>Cons: br>br>I have no complaints about this product; while it is more difficult to break with teeth than wafers, it is still an excellent next step in the learning process for babies, and it does melt apart in the mouth when sucked on. br>br>If you found this review useful, please click the appropriate button to let us know. Really! These are nothing more than sugar cookies made in a factory. This isn't something I'm going to feed my child. I'm not sure if I should feed these to my chickens!.
They are low in fat, calories, sodium, and carbs.
About a month before my son got his first tooth, I began giving him these. I was concerned that he might choke, so I kept a close eye on him. I was pleasantly surprised by how quickly they dissolve, yet they satisfied his need to chew without dissolving or breaking too quickly, and they have a pleasant flavor. They're a hit with my husband and toddlers, too! When I told my husband that the biscuits were for the baby's teething, he was taken aback. They're on subscribe and save, which is a good thing.
They're something I eat as well. Yum! Lol. Okay, this may come as a shock, but I eat these as an adult! They are lower in carbs and sugar than regular cookies, and they taste like a cross between vanilla and shortbread cookies! They're quite delicious! Perfect for satisfying my sweet tooth while avoiding a high carbohydrate and sugar intake. Also. I'd give one or two to my 19-year-old furbaby as a treat, and she enjoyed them as well! Lol!.
So, when my 7-month-old son first began teething, we bought these for him. They turned out to be far too difficult for him to handle and did not dissolve quickly. So, what was I supposed to do with all of these cookies? They were devoured by Mommy. All of them were devoured by Mommy. They're absolutely delectable. They remind me of the trefoil cookies made by the Girl Scouts. SO GOOD. Also, it's fairly low in calories. I'm considering purchasing more for myself, haha! These will be fantastic once my son has more teeth, but they are risky because I will almost certainly eat them all:.
) These are a hit with my 12-month-old (and I enjoy the flavor!). ) When she gnaws on them, she appears to get some relief from teething. My only piece of advice to other parents is to be aware that these cookies are MESSY. I made the mistake of giving one of these biscuits to my usually tidy baby while she was playing in the living room, and WHEW, it took me twenty minutes and a bazillion wetwipes to clean up the goopy cookie paste from all of her toys.
