When you're sick, there's nothing better than a glass of water to keep your electrolytes in check and stay hydrated

This was purchased for an elderly friend who lives 4 hours away and has had stomach issues on occasion. Shortly before this product arrived, this 83-year-old woman became severely dehydrated and became sick to her stomach. She was overjoyed with the product because it was the only thing she could eat while sick, it made her feel better, and it tasted good.

Since my oral surgeon recommended it, it's been a regular part of my diet

It is not only for children! I'm an adult who can make decisions for myself. after having jaw surgery, he is still recovering. I've been on a liquid diet for seven weeks and am having trouble maintaining proper nutrition and hydration. This product (in particular, the blueberry flavor) is excellent. yum! Since my oral surgeon recommended it, it's been a staple in my diet, and I love the flavor. It's not cheap, but it's cheaper on Amazon than any drug store I've found. I'll have to give up my expensive Pedialyte "habit" once I'm fully recovered, which I'm not looking forward to. For wound healing, the zinc is an added bonus. This is an excellent product.

It is possible to dilute it. It is possible to mix and match. br>Can also be used to make a fruit smoothie with milk or almond milk. br>It's extremely adaptable. br>However, 1 equals hydration. This is essential if you are caring for an elderly person in the desert southwest.
