Leg cramps will no longer bother you in the middle of the night

The pediatrician recommended me to take Pedialyte instead of water for better hydration! Two bottles are always in the fridge because you can choose from such a wide variety of flavors. Do you have to work in the sun to do yard work? If you're sweating out a lot, keep Pedialyte in the fridge and drink it a lot Muscle cramps are no longer an issue. My doctor has recommended that I drink this for years and it is an effective pain reliever.

I purchased it to try it Having worked in the heat of South Georgia, this product does a great job of rehydrating. Although the cost was a concern, the idea was worth an attempt. I am sure this would be a big seller if the price were lowered.
