Questions & Answers

What is the mole bitterness of the Aztec Chocolate?

That is not the case, according to me. If it wasn't chocolate, you wouldn't know it was. A Manhattan made from this would be awesome!

Do you think this would work in a hot chocolate cup?

Though I haven't tried it, I suspect it would take your hot chocolate to a cinnamony, aromatic point. My opinion is that it is a good idea.

The only question is whether it's non-refundable A drinking problem?

Drinking alcohol is a bad idea

What is the difference between Mole bitters and this?

While I've never had mole bitters, I thought the strength of the cinnamon and chili in this was much stronger than the chocolate. This was not my cup of tea. *br> I wanted a simple chocolate flavor from Woodford, so I got it.

There is not much chocolate at all
3/5

The Aztecs were more advanced than the chocolates. The price was right to give this bottle a try, so I did. I've tasted other bitters with a pure chocolate taste before, but I thought I'd give this one Aztec chocolate mixes tend to taste more like cinnamon, especially when they are mixed with spices. It does not have a strong chocolate flavor, but it is there in the background. You may want to try a different brand of chocolate butters if you are looking for a truly chocolatey flavor.

"Old Fashioned" cocktail adapted from Perry's Steakhouse recipe
4/5

3 dashes of this bitters, 3 oz of jameson, and 1 dash of orange bitters. Mix together 5 oz sugar and 5 oz coffee simple syrup. Serve with ice. Drink tasted just like a Perrys Old Fashioned from Perrys Steakhouse. * * * * * * Bought this instead of It is possible to get both the mole and the ulcer.

There's no chocolate in this That's more than enough for me
3/5

All Fee Brothers products are really good to me, but this one takes more than one shake before I can taste the chocolate in the Another, more expensive chocolate bitters is available on Amazon so you can add a lot of flavor with just 1 or 2 drops of it Even though it is more expensive, I think it is worth the extra cost. My order for that one has been placed.

Is there anyone who doesn't like chocolate? It's a fun twist on bitters for us! A trip to Detroit this spring gave me a chance to try chocolate bitters for the first time, which were used in a rum and pineapple Old Fashioned, along with It adds a very nice twist to some of my cocktails and seems to pair well with rums and cocktails made with Bourbon
5/5

In addition to expanding my summer mixology selection, I need to do more online research to see what else I can do with it. If you get it to go in your bar, you will not regret it.

The "special" Manhattan is a joy
4/5

of bourbon, one ounce of sweet vermouth, and half a ounce of Luxardo Maraschino Liqueur. A couple, maybe three, dashes of this liqueur complete the batch. Pour the cocktail into a chilled glass after stirring well with ice. Be sure to include a Luxardo cherry (of course). That sounds a bit over the top, to be honest. While local restaurants charge upwards of $30 for the same drink, online places do not.

The bar was elevated with the addition of sublime flavors
5/5

In any event, I picked it up more out of curiosity than anything else. If Manischewitz were a Manhattan or an old French fashoined, it would do wild things to them. Having said that, although those are fairly basic recipes, I'm eager to begin experimenting with mezcal and various fruits so I can fully appreciate what this cocktail can offer. The profile enhancer is very interesting!.

A synthetic color and flavor are used in this product
3/5

Why are manufacturers continuing to add artificial ingredients to their products in this day and age? If we don't drink ink, why can we call it caramel color if it is safe for consumption? Not at all, of course. This product should be avoided if it matters to you whether or not the ingredients are real.

It has a very subtle chocolate flavor
3/5

My other Fee Brothers products are a fan of theirs, so I ordered a few of these without trying them previously. There's a very subtle chocolate flavor in these chocolate bitters, as well as quite a bit of mint flavor. In order to achieve the fuller chocolate flavor I desired in my old fashioned, I used a few more dashes of bitters. If I can't find what I am looking for in one brand, I will look in another.
