That appears to be a new feature that I've noticed while placing an order. There's also the option of having it delivered to an Amazon Locker near your location.
You can look for "Amazon $25 gift card" to find a variety of gift cards with a $25 value.
In the checkout screen, there is a place to add an address. Just be careful not to send EVERYTHING to that address later! That was a blunder I made a few years ago. LOL

Customers will appreciate it if you make it simple for them. Amazon, take note: Why aren't you able to send cards that include the value? I order a variety of values to give as gifts to my coworkers - You've made this a lot more difficult than it should be. Sorting, logging in, looking up codes, and writing the amount on the envelope are all tasks that I must complete. 1/2 have the value printed on the card, which is nice, and 1/2 don't. VERY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY EXTREMELY PAIN This makes me wonder if I should hand out the Amazon gift cards.
We ordered 27 cards in three different quantities to give away as first, second, and third place prizes in a trivia game at our company's holiday party. To match the card numbers to the amounts, we used the enclosed packing slip. Twenty-five of the twenty-seven cards had incorrect amounts listed! As a result, the prizes we distributed were incorrect, necessitating a significant amount of time and an additional $230 in cash to provide the correct prizes to the employees. I spent about two hours on the phone with three different Amazon representatives, none of whom seemed to understand the issue or care about my predicament. The third person did tell me how to figure out how much each card was worth. br>I consider this purchase a huge blunder that I will never, ever make again.
I placed an order for two gift cards, but they were "lost. " They quickly sent replacements, which I appreciated, but one of them appears to have been folded and stuffed into someone's pocket. I'd return it for another if I didn't have to give it away as a corporate gift tomorrow. I'm so let down. It's a $200 gift card that appears to be worth no more than $2.
I spent a lot of money on this gift card for a close friend. Without my knowledge, Amazon began applying the card's value to my purchases while it was being delivered to my house. What a disaster for someone who receives at least one Amazon box per week. Until I realized what Amazon had done, I received nothing but chargeback notices and a suspended account. I'm hoping to be able to resolve this issue at some point in the future. It's been two weeks since I've wondered if my account was hacked, phished, or scammed. It appears that your best intentions, as well as your digital life, can bite!.
I purchased five gift cards for my kids. There were four of them, and all of them were lovely. 1 appeared to have been shoved into a pocket. Even though I know it will cost the same, presenting it alongside the immaculate ones is a little embarrassing.
Then it was received as a message. Two-day delivery was guaranteed. Then I got a message saying that it had been delayed and that I should get it in one day. There are still two days left. It's now been four days and I still haven't received my gift card, which means I won't be able to use it when I really need it.
I bought it in June in preparation for a trip to Utah to visit family in late July. Then, in late July, I gave it to my grandson. He attempted to redeem it in early/mid August, but was informed that it had already been used. He and his mother tried multiple times with the same result, and he threw it away before I could ask him to return it. br>br>I was embarrassed, so I replaced it with a $50 bill. 00 check! Of course, I will never, ever, ever buy another Amazon gift card, which will put a damper on my gift-giving, as it had become one of my favorite things to give, and I have told all of my friends about my bad luck. br>br>If you review my account, you will notice that I have not been a difficult customer in any way. By the way, I had to choose a'star' rating, so I did. It should, of course, be minus zero.
One of the cards was severely bent when it arrived, as were the sleeves. Because the sleeves were so bad-looking, I couldn't give them away as gifts.
