I didn't have to do anything to make them work.

One of the two pizzas I ordered was completely devoid of food! I sent two of these to my mother-in-law as a birthday present, one of which was empty!

I will never buy another Amazon gift card. They were given the gift card as a Christmas present, but when they tried to use it, it was declined because it had not been activated, so they had to pay for the meal themselves. It's extremely humiliating for both me and those who are attempting to use it! When I called Amazon, they said they'd send me a replacement, but I explained that the card didn't need to be replaced; it just needed to be activated. They pretended not to understand what I was saying. How can they not grasp the concept of gift cards? They then informed me that they would contact me within two business days. I WILL NEVER BUY AN AMAZON GIFT CARD AGAIN.

I ordered a few of these as a gift, but when they arrived, they had been torn from the paper, which had been bent and ripped. I would have returned them if I didn't need them right away.

The card had no money on it except for Amazon. Amazon was issued by com. a c0m gift card for the same amount Amazon, thank you so much. com.

The outer paper of the gift card had already been inserted

The outer paper holding the gift card had already been ruined when it was delivered. Giving this as a Christmas present with the outer holding part bent and falling apart was embarrassing.
