Will these be suitable for a series?

Will these fit over the controller knob if the original Xbox One grip is damaged or missing?

You'll need to replace your old knob with this one, which will require disassembling your controller; if you can't or don't want to disassemble your controller, you can simply use the cap overlays that are sold all over the place.

Replacement for the IRIOT control stick

I looked everywhere for a simple thumb pad replacement part for my IRIOT controller, but the industry doesn't sell them, or at least doesn't make them easy to find for some reason. It's not difficult to disassemble a controller if you've never done so before, but do your research first. The new color scheme is appealing, and the pads are suitable for the purposes for which I use the controller.
