It looks like a very nice XBox 360 Battery Charger (X2), and it does appear to be working properly. There has been a malfunction for perhaps 30 days, and one of the batteries is dead. battery charger recognizes that there are batteries plugged in, but it just appears that one battery is in a state of infinite charge. Meanwhile, the non functioning battery continues to charge while the other (functioning) battery is done charging. . Had to purchase a completely different set of batteries and chargers for it to work. I bought the rechargeable batteries because as I was running through packs of normal batteries every time I used the Xbox Designed to fit the rear of the controller, it fits perfectly. So far, I have not encountered any problems with the charger. It takes only a few seconds for the lights to turn green after you plug it in. I like how easy it is.
I was able to use my old Xbox 360 controller right out of the box. My only complaint is that the packaging was a little torn when I opened the box, but everything looked good and worked, so no problems there. The timing of the charging does not apply to me, as I have not used either yet, but I intend to have one charging while Although I didn't really expect it to be able to charge my Xbox brand battery, it doesn't seem to do so. I only have one controller, so those included are more than enough. I might be able to get it to work with more careful placement of battery pack.
They are slightly smaller than the controller. They will click into the controller, but not snugly, and not make proper contact. In terms of the charger itself, I would rate it a good one since I am using it to recharge MSFT-branded I. - Normally, I would only give 1 Star, but I had to take this into account.
Because I did not want to purchase new controllers, I found this item to be just what I needed. I couldn't find batteries for my XBox 360 that were small enough to charge with my previous charger. These batteries fit perfectly. It was a great find and great.
