It's hard to imagine how sleek they really are from the picture. I snapped the stand onto the base without any issues. My only issue with the battery packs was with two of them. The prongs in one set were curved and the prongs in the other were straight. Despite my best efforts, I was not able to snap in the curved ones. When I contacted the customer service department, they confirmed they would send me a new set and not be concerned about returning the other ones. The company not only sent me a new set of batteries but also another charging station a full 3 days later. They have a good selection of products that I'll definitely purchase more of! Additionally, they provide a ++ customer service in addition to being excellent at what they do.

With the charger stand and 2x batteries, it's ready to use. As simple as that, the batteries last all day, and the controller simply needs to be placed on the stand to charge. Simply wait for it to turn yellow when the light changes from red to yellow. Over the years, I have owned dozens of rechargeable batteries and different stands from many different companies, but this one is by far my favorite and is significantly less expensive than It couldn't get any better than this, could it?.

In April I obtained this item. Actually, I got two of them. I had issues with the docking station in the first one I received. Having another one on order and thinking about having a docking station for the living room and bedroom if I could get the other one to work again was appealing. Apparently the docking station has not worked for a long time. I got it a month after I got it and it died. One of our docking stations is still in operation. My dock station has proven to be completely useless without the batteries, which is what got me into the dock station to begin with. A charge will not stay on a credit card for more than 45 days 1 minute to 1 The game took about 1 hour to The customer service department is not listed which makes me more upset since it is not listed how to contact them. It is essential for companies to provide their customers with easy access to customer service/help services. It doesn't matter if it is an online inquiry or a phone number. My first request is to get a decent set of batteries and since I have paid for TWO work stations, I would like an adequate supply of batteries. If you have a working example of that, let me know. The proof of purchase for both is in my possession.

It takes so much strength to do that. Furthermore, the batteries are heavier than normal, which causes the upper portion of your controller to feel heavier than the lower portion.

The only problem is that it uses an older style micro USB port rather than the newer USB C port. Nevertheless, I knew going in that it was going to be hard. if you do not install the battery correctly by sliding it into the controller, then the tabs that hold the battery in place will bend. It is not necessary to move the controller around if it is to It is ready to go if you just toss it in!.
