To contact the seller, follow the Amazon procedure. It's a very simple procedure to follow.
It was in excellent condition when I bought it. It worked perfectly today when I used it. The only issue I've had with Amazon Prime streaming is getting it to load. It's fantastic that games work!

It's revolting! Check out the images. It's a hit-or-miss situation when it comes to finding a good one. The one I got was wrapped in bubble wrap with bug parts inside, so I took a chance and opened it all the way up, only to find dried bugs falling out of the console's interior! I vacuumed it out as best I could for an hour before putting it to the test. It turned on for just long enough to read a game disc before shutting down. After trying several times in a desperate attempt to reclaim my game, I was able to do so. Because the television was filled with static, I simply took my game out of the room and waited for it to come back.
It's a load of nonsense. This is basically $50 trash under the guise of "very good condition. " It was completely unusable, as both the inside and outside had been severely damaged! Our original Wii is in excellent condition; we only needed a replacement because the CD rom had stopped working, but it was a waste of time and money. Please be cautious; if you require a part, it is preferable to obtain it and then repair it. Please accept our apologies if you received one that was as bad as ours.
It was a waste of money! This product does not work and does not match the description! br>When I opened the box, instead of the white Wii console I ordered, I found a (very dirty) black Wii console. The controller and memory card doors were both missing. I used my cables to connect it to my TV, and it seemed to work fine, so I put it back in its box (as I was moving the next week). Just yesterday, I finished unpacking all of my consoles and home theater equipment and decided to fire up Mario Galaxy on the Wii. The game begins, progresses to the beginning screen, and then crashes. After a few seconds, it returns, but this time without video. I can play the game and hear it; however, I am unable to see it. This console is a waste of time. I wasted $40 on garbage.
The Wii console arrived on time and in good working order, but it was missing all of the port covers and doors, despite the fact that the description stated that they would be included. "Product Description:"br>"br>"Product Description:"br>"Product Description:"br>"Product Description br>Will include all port covers and doors. Each console has gone through a thorough evaluation process. On the outside, there may be scratches or stains, but there will be no major damage or cracks. There are no cables or accessories included; this is only a replacement system.
It had stopped working for about two months. In good faith, I purchased this used one from Amazon. We received it today, and needless to say, the boys are overjoyed to be able to play their games once more.
I bought this for my grandson to go with his collection of over 30 games. Because it was a gift, I had to clean the dirt off the console when it arrived. Despite the fact that the description stated that it was tested and worked, none of his games worked when we connected it with brand new cables I also purchased. I had to return it because it was of no use to me.
I looked it up on Amazon and decided it was worth a shot. I went with a seller who had a lot of positive feedback and I'm so glad I did. This Wii is in great shape and works perfectly. If I had the option, I would rate it higher than 5 stars.
This was ordered to replace a faulty Wii unit that couldn't read disks any longer. The item arrived on time, and I connected it to my television, only to discover that it would not accept a disk. After several minutes of attempting to insert the disk, it finally did so, making more noise than my previous unit and displaying the same "can't read disk" error as my previous unit. I immediately initiated a return and ordered a replacement drive from Amazon for around $40, which included all of the tools you'll need. 00 to replace my old hard drive, which was a breeze to install and now allows my Wii to function normally. Instead of purchasing a refurbished unit with missing doors and scratches, order a replacement drive and install it yourself.
