Playing Wii Fit necessitates the use of a Wii console. The Nintendo Wii console is available for purchase separately.

Wii Fit is a fitness game that's also a lot of fun, and it's for people of all ages. Wii Fit players work toward personal fitness goals by blocking soccer balls, swiveling hips for power hoop twirls, and jumping high on ski jumps.

Check your daily progress, set goals, find out how old you are with Wii Fit, and even enter exercise time that you've done outside of Wii Fit.

Wii Fit Age is calculated by taking into account the user's BMI, testing their center of gravity, and performing quick balance tests.

Wii Fit is all about training. You have as much (or as little) time as you want to try out all of Wii Fit's 40 activities.

Is it possible to purchase just the Wii board?

You'll need the software, which is stored on a disk, as well as a disk player that can communicate with the board.

Is it compatible with the Wii Fit Plus?

Yes, this game is compatible with the Wii Fit board.

Are the risers included in this?

The risers were not included in this one because it was refurbished.

I have a Wii unit, so is the game included or just the board?

The balance board and Wii Fit are both worthwhile investments

Due to the fact that it was used or refurbished, I was concerned about the quality. It does, however, appear to be quite attractive. It performs admirably. As a result, I've been working out every day. If you're new to this, you'll need a consol, which is a hard drive that contains the actual fit software. For those of us who aren't wealthy, both the balance board and the consul are a small investment. But I looked everywhere and this was the best I could find at a reasonable price.

I was planning on returning the old balance board to you. When I asked for instructions on how to return the package, the associate was rude and condescending, telling me that instead of asking him for help, I should go online and look it up.

There are so many challenges to challenge oneself with, and it's a lot of fun. Positive reinforcement in games is one of my favorite features. The board has been a fantastic addition to the team.
