Wii Fit Plus with Balance Board

This program is not good for people who have body image issues because it loves to tell you when you're obese or overweight, but it measures by BMI, so if you work on strength training and toning your muscles, you may lose fat in your cardio/aerobic workouts, but you won't necessarily lose weight if you're toning and strengthening your muscles at the same time. This program places far too much emphasis on BMI when it comes to determining a healthy weight. I'm 5'3" and the program requires that I weigh 124 pounds. Let me tell you, I'm 32 years old and haven't weighed that much since I was 25. However, because I have broad hips and muscular thighs and calves, the program alternates between telling me I'm overweight and obese. This is not the program for you if you have a problem with it and are serious about losing weight. It badgers you about your goals, and if your weight has risen since the last time you measured, it's rude and condescending about it, forcing you to explain "why" you think you've gained weight in that time. It won't let you skip this screen without selecting an option, after which it will lecture you based on your selection. That's a really bad part. This program is primarily used for strength training and yoga routines. br>br> It contains excellent exercises that will provide you with a solid foundation on which to build your own workout. Once I've mastered these exercises and poses, I'll work on doing more reps and holding the poses for longer periods of time without the use of the Wii.

I received my board, and it appears to be in good condition at first glance. My Wii Fit Plus game was never delivered. I found the battery port to be rusted and dusty when I opened it. TERRIBLE! People should refrain from parting with their hard-earned cash with you.

I can't say enough good things about this product! I wanted something more engaging than my treadmill, elliptical, and sit-up machine, with more variety and feedback. I wanted to see what this piece of equipment could do, so I ordered it to help me reach my 2017 fitness and health goals. br>For the past two weeks, I have used this product every day. I've been using it for 5 weeks now and am very happy with it. Fit Plus activities include everything from yoga to strength training, aerobics to balance, and even some mind/memory building activities. br>You can set your own goals and work at your own pace; you can keep track of your steps (pedometer), waist measurements, and other activities; and the games are enjoyable and challenging. I even convinced my husband to join me, and now we're both on our way to reclaiming a healthier and more active body and lifestyle.

Purchasing this accessory was one of the best decisions I've made since purchasing the Wii. I was able to lose two notches on my belt by using the Wii Fit Plus, and I'm now starting to maintain that weight with the help of the Wii Fit Plus. I like how the instructor directs you. The games are entertaining to play. It's not like I'm exercising. This game is beneficial to both your physical and mental health. There are so many games, workout routines, and yoga activities to choose from that you will never be bored. I don't go to the gym anymore because I despise it; instead, I use the Wii Fit Plus, which allows me to burn more calories and exercise for longer. The board has excellent battery life, but I've read reviews where people have purchased the charger and had issues with it. Replace the batteries with regular ones. It has a playtime of more than 60 hours. I have a charger for the Wii remote, but it loses charge much faster than the Wii board, so I'm glad I didn't buy one. br>br>If you care about your physical well-being, despise going to the gym, and enjoy video games, I recommend this product. Nintendo produces high-quality, long-lasting products; I still have my 8-year-old Wii. It's been a while since I've done anything with it, but it's still So get out there and move!.

I was aware that it had been used. It had been taped with packing tape at some point in its life, and there was sticky residue all over it! It came off with the help of a product that Dad used in the garage, but it was not easy. Not to mention the fact that the entire board was filthy, with who knows what kind of grime embedded in it from whoever's feet. It looks fantastic after I scrubbed it. I don't think it would have been a bad idea for the seller to clean it up first; the disc was in excellent condition and contained all of the necessary information. This was a significant advantage.

Oh, my, this is hilarious! I bought the Wii Resort and all of the game's extras, so of course I needed the Balance Board; I can't tell you how much this has challenged, irritated, and made me laugh my head off. Seriously, you need to get one. The exercise section offers a variety of trainers and workouts, and it's extremely well-designed. I even included my cats in the mix so they could cheer me on. br>The Wii Fit Plus Bundle includes the game software and the Wii Balance Board. br>Users can input the amount of time they want to spend on their workouts or choose a personal improvement area, and Wii Fit Plus will recommend a variety of activities for them. Users can now mix and match which strength and yoga activities they want to do on any given day for the first time. Users will find it easier than ever to keep up with their daily workout routines thanks to the seamless exercise flows. br>The variety of games and customization options will entice players to play on a daily basis. They'll be having so much fun working out that the time will seem to fly by. br>This is EXACTLY correct; I've had it for quite some time now, and I'm still trying new things and pushing myself.

This item arrived 5 days earlier than expected! It was fantastic because we were able to begin making positive health changes just as the New Year arrived. It is encouraging us to take better care of ourselves in the coming year. It also has extra features that the original didn't have, which is helping us to be even more motivated. It gives instructions on how to complete the task with the assistance of a Wii trainer, as well as feedback on how well you performed and how you can improve. While you're exercising, it keeps track of how many calories and minutes you've burned. My two young daughters enjoy playing it as well. They are three and seven years old.

5 stars. I purchased this in South Florida over ten years ago, and it served its purpose admirably: Low-impact cardio and sculpting/toning are done indoors. I'd feel comfortable recommending this to children and the elderly because the software allows for adjustable levels of intensity and cartoonish minigames. Its most serious flaw is that it is out of date.
