Yes, it fits into the transport cases. It isn't all that heavy.
If you're talking about a regular Switch, this isn't for you; it's for a Switch Lite, but I always keep my case on!
This is a very straightforward situation.

This is an excellent example! It's very easy to put on and feels very comfortable. This case appealed to me the most because the button cutouts are all tailored to each specific shape, unlike the others I saw, which either had no front cover at all or used large circles for all of the buttons. It was also very simple to install the screen protector. I looked for the perfect case for a long time and am glad I finally found it. Overall, it's fantastic.
This case is thin, but not in a negative sense; In fact, it's easier to use the buttons on this case than it is on the Hori. It still feels pretty sturdy, except when removing the case (which I don't do very often), when it flexes a little in a way that feels like it might break, but not too much. It also sits almost flush with the glass screen protector, giving the impression of being caseless. The Switch Lite's controller section has small bumps on the back that make it easier to hold and play. They aren't particularly large, and they may feel inadequate in comparison to the Hori case, which has much more comfortable "grip" bumps, but they still perform admirably. br>br>The buttons still protrude a little from the thin plastic, giving them a similar feel to those on a case-like device. The Hori case is much thicker than the Switch/Lite case, and the buttons are inset with that case on, making them feel strange to press. This case (which appears to be unbranded) is perfectly cut around the buttons and d-rings. The gamepad, as well as the joysticks - In person, it appears to be quite nice, particularly when compared to the large cut-outs. Hori is a case that has gotten a lot of attention recently. This was my favorite feature of the case, and it's what convinced me to pick it over the Hori. br>br>On the Switch Lite itself, the case could be positioned closer to certain edges, making it easier to press the power and volume up/down buttons. It would be even better if the cutout for the power/volume buttons was a little wider, and the clip section next to the power button was shifted closer to the L shoulder buttons (as in the Hori case). br>br>In comparison to the Hori, this case lacks a hinge mechanism on the bottom, making it more comfortable in general. It's also a lot more convenient to use - Because it was a PAIN to remove the Hori case in the photos, it wasn't clipped all the way. To pop the clips out of this case, you'll need to apply a little pressure, but it's a lot easier than with the Hori. The plastic quality isn't all that different between the two, though the Hori does feel a little better, but it's not by much. br>br>For the sake of comparison, this one fits better on the Switch Lite's front (button cutouts, not as thick, easier-to-use). access d- action buttons on the pad); is less difficult to take away There isn't a bothersome hinge on this; On the back, there are some good grip bumps; However, it lacks the Hori's kickstand; It's difficult to press the power button (the cutout is too small); Some people might think that thin plastic is flimsy. The plastic quality on the Hori is a tad better. bump grips are better; KICKSTAND is a term used to describe a person who takes a stand against something The hinge, on the other hand, is a pain to deal with. The buttons are flush inset/inset/inset/inset/inset/inset/inset/inset It's also a pain to get rid of. br>br>Overall, I find this to be a very nice case to use with the Switch Lite; I bought it primarily because the Spigen case I got for the Switch Lite was slightly too big for the Tomtoc ultra-thin. This is a slim case, and it fits into that carrying case perfectly. I think it's a great alternative to the Hori, because I'm sure the plastic, like all clear plastic cases, will get scratched or broken over time. Because it's inexpensive, you can buy a few extras in case yours breaks or gets too scratched to use.
It's light, but it protects the finish on my switch after I customized it. I don't usually drop my switch, but my malamute has knocked it off my hand a few times and it hasn't cracked yet. But I'd be more cautious with it!.
The case, screen protector, and button covers are all perfectly fitted!br>br>A word of caution: it is a little difficult to remove. As a result, make sure there's no dirt or lint in the case before clipping it in. When I discovered some lint in the case, I was fortunate enough to have one or two clips loose, but even with some clips not fully attached, it was difficult to remove. br>br>It includes four pairs of joystick covers (blue, red, black, and white), allowing you to personalize your switch lite however you want.
I had been looking for a while before settling on this case. I have a vinyl skin on my Switch, so I went through the comments on every cover until I found one where multiple people said it was compatible with their skin. br>br>I was ecstatic to receive mine, but it won't close, despite the fact that it feels nice and sturdy. To be honest, I was expecting a lot more after seeing other people's reviews, some of which even included photos of the cases on their switches with their skins. But, oh well.
It has a nice feel to it and is quite attractive, but it does not fully close. It's possible that it's due to my glass screen protector, but half of the case won't close. br>br>Very clear and good feel in the hands; I wish mine fit better.
The case itself has a few blemishes, but nothing too serious. It's not difficult to remove the case, but I didn't want to take any chances, so I recommend putting the screen protector on first. The thumb grips were incredibly simple to apply. For my turquoise switch, I alternate between blue and white, and it looks fantastic! The screen protector was by far the most difficult product to apply. I left a bubble in the top right corner, but I strongly advise you to try putting it on yourself or ask someone who knows how to assist you. Today, I dropped my switch on the carpet in my room, and I believe it was well protected. I hope this makes it easier for you to purchase this because I know how difficult online shopping can be.
The case is of good quality and does not appear to be easily detachable in the event of a fall. It would ensure the safety of my switch. br>As for the screen protector, it's of good quality. br>My only gripe is that it's a little difficult to remove the case. I followed the instructions to the letter, but I still can't get it off. This is fine for now because I don't have a skin I want to put on it, but I'd like to get one eventually and would have to remove it to do so. However, I do recommend the case because it will keep your system safe. After all, that's exactly what we're hoping for.
