Questions & Answers
The answer is yes. There is no way you can go wrong with this bundle!
In fact, yes. There is no way to remove the 12gb of flash memory. If you want the 500GB sata drive to work, you'll have to get a mounting bracket, it doesn't
Characters do work for the PS3 starter pack as long as you have the starter pack.
I don't think so

We bought this PS3 as a supplement to the other PS3 we already owned. Blu-ray is its primary purpose, and streaming services (Netflix, Hulu Plus, Prime) are added in a secondary role. As my Blu-ray player died and I currently own three Rokus, I did not want to purchase another Blu-ray player or new Roku but wanted to somehow replace my aged Roku HD and dead Blu-ray It performs flawlessly in this regard. *A second reason was to shift some of the kids' gaming time to another device. There's nothing like sitting down with a movie and a snack to unwind. The children want to play some games at the same time. So this allows us to have a movie and a game session running at the same time. For this, it works perfectly. I don't mind the 12gb of memory because I don't store media on the device since I have my own server along with sufficient networking hardware to stream all my local media to the device. Furthermore, when it comes to kids games, I thought I would not need 12GB of space for updates. As I would not be playing my games in the living room, there is no need to download and install my huge and numerous In conclusion, courtesy of my IT background, I have many brackets, hard drives, and SSDs laying around my house as well as the ability to upgrade this system should the need ever arise. By the time of this writing, the kids have six games installed and updated, including The system consists of 0 systems and there are no space issues. For this reason, I am willing to look the other way on this front. I want to knock down the star. But where? My issue with this PlayStation 3 is that it has these two issues It is folded. In my opinion, the disc access door is a horrid design it would be better to adhere to the old It doesn't matter to me whether or not it saves space. It seems like the door will break easily, even if it doesn't. And even if the door doesn't break, the fact that it opens into a spinning disc reminds me of the PS1 and scratched discs. My best attempt has been to explain the rules to the kids, and to mitigate these issues to the best of my ability. This is a hardware/design choice with legitimate concerns. And the power button is where my major concern lies. The power button has a very flimsy feel to it and I feel it will be a liability if it is not properly constructed. This makes no sense at all.
Package is an excellent value for its entry level price. As we all know, it is too expensive to buy a 240GB SSD and a disk mount.
Although it's a really great deal, you need to keep in mind that it will come with the hard disk itself, not the tray, so it will be useless when you take it out of the box until you get the tray and the disk, which will take several days. Would you like to play the console? The product is fine, but had I known I wouldn't be able to use it out of the box I would have got another.
Our after school program purchased this bundle to use with some of the kids. I was pleasantly surprised by the price and the speed of delivery. Everything arrived as expected and it was in excellent shape, but then again, I wouldn't expect anything less from a company like Sony. In spite of years of use, this console still stands My recommendation is to definitely give it a try. The product is great.
The system is a good deal, but I had little interest in the game that came with it. I would assume you intend to install a hard drive when you buy this model, since without one you would be limited in what you can do with it. may not be particularly difficult to install a hard drive, it is something that the majority of people who buy this model will want to do, and Sony does not provide detailed instructions with the machine on how to do this. The information is easily searchable on the internet, but you have to use your hands a little more for this, so Sony should be more helpful with correcting your system's inability to work.
This bundle is a favorite of my son. For him, it was a great purchase. Despite the fact that it does not hold much. I was completely unaware of this (I am not terribly tech savvy). I was trying to play a game that I bought for myself until I tried it. I had to order a hard drive for it because it was too large to download. The installation was fairly straightforward and I was able to do it myself at a lower price. The only thing to keep in mind is that it doesn't hold much. Nothing to complain about other than that.
There is nothing more to say about the Playstation 3, apart from that? Despite this however, you should be aware of the following As stated above, the 12 gigs that come with this unit is internal, and a bracket will be required when you install a larger hard drive. *BR>I anticipated that there would actually be an actual 12 gig hard drive installed in the slot, but there wasn't. The Sony customer service person spent an hour on the phone with me and told me that I should email the serial number and receipt in order to get the 12 gig hard drive. I did this and about a week later, I realized that this is an internal hard drive. A week later, I get an email from Sony telling me not to email them my problem, that I should call customer service. It is evident that their staff do not know about their own products because they should have simply said, "Oh you got model XYZ?" at the beginning. There are 12 gigabytes on the internal hard drive, sir! It would have been only a matter of time before I continued Both disappoint me, but I'm not sure which is more frustrating It was either that they made me wait, or that their staff was not able to cross-reference my serial number with their records and tell me the 12 gigs belongs to internal storage.
I needed to replace my PS3 that had broken, so I found this one to be perfect. I did not like how it was made out of cheap plastic, because it feels so flimsy and I appreciated the new disc insertion method since there had been a problem with the older PS3 with the disc not ejecting. With this method, there will be no.
