I'll do my best to keep it straightforward. 1) The Nintendo 3DS is region-locked in all of its models. The United States of America is unable to participate in Japan's games. 2) This is an American model; they sold American models in the Middle East. East and Southeast Asia were the only regions in the world to receive this limited-edition model. It has the same model number as in the United States (NTSC-). NTSC (North American Television System Committee) or PAL (North American Television System Committee U/C). It's a term used to describe North America's video gaming region (the U/C stands for United States of America and Canada). I hope this information is useful to you.

Selected User Reviews For Nintendo Pikachu Yellow Edition New Nintendo 3DS XL Console
In my opinion, this is one of the best-looking special edition New Nintendo 3DS XLs. When I first saw that this Pikachu Yellow model was available in English, I was a little skeptical because I assumed it was only available in Japan. Fortunately, some quick research revealed that the New Nintendo 3DS XL models sold in the Middle East were the same as those sold in the United States. In fact, the East and Southeast Asian markets are identical to the North American market (NTSC-A). U/C), which is very nice!br>br>As for the console itself, it has a cute crayon-inspired design. The exterior has a gorgeous glossy finish with a style doodle of the electric mouse Pokemon, and the interior has a matte finish with the same yellow. In person, it's even more yellow, and I'm overjoyed! I'm so glad I was able to get this model with Amazon Prime, despite the fact that the North American market is depressingly devoid of New 3DS variety (and especially lacking on the cute front).
No . This is a present for my 9-year-old son. We couldn't find a Nintendo 3DS XL within 150 miles of our home, and we couldn't get online. We read the reviews and, as others have stated, this is a great product. It was the icing on the cake that we not only got him the system, but it was also a Pokemon system! He was speechless, and I think I saw a tear in his eye: And I'm not going to give it four stars because there isn't a charger- Prior to making a purchase, we conducted research. ing. And yes- We paid 50% in excess of retail price- which is causing pain- However, because we understand the basic economic principles of supply and demand, we gladly paid an extra $100 for it for his birthday.
This also means that any high-priced warranties offered by Amazon are void. Regrettably, foreign consoles now account for nearly all consoles sold in the United States. However, aside from a damaged box and a loose r2 button, the system was in excellent working order. However, the system I received was advertised as coming with a charger, which was not the case. You're better off taking the time to look around and taking a chance on a refurbished 3ds xl, which will save you $100.
It allows you to do so, but it's a little difficult. I was skeptical at first, but after receiving it in perfect condition with no scratches or blemishes, I knew it was a good purchase. I saw a few negative reviews about the NNID issue, but I went with my gut feeling that the buyer was a moron. The snap of the 3DS hinges always makes me nervous, as if I'm going to break it; however, this is a problem with all 3DS's hinges. Respect the product, and it will respect you in return. I absolutely love my new Pikachu 3ds and am completely satisfied with it. It costs the same as a regular one! br>P. haaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaa I don't need to include photos because when you preview it to buy it, the photos will be identical to the original images. There is no damage, and it is pristine, mint, and new. perfect.
I needed a replacement for my old 3ds because the right hinge had broken. These models are, as far as I know, no longer available, and any that are available are at least twice the MSRP. I decided to give this one a try after reading the reviews. It works with my US region games, and everything from my old 3ds to my new one was transferred over. It's worth noting that the new 3ds xl requires a micro-USB cable. To access the SD card, you must first remove the back cover. I would strongly suggest it! It has a Pikachu design, which is a plus!.
I really like the 3ds XL edition. I had issues with the system's cartridge reader, which would tell me that the cartridge had popped out in the middle of a game. br>br>When I contacted the vendor, they directed me back to Nintendo. Nintendo informed me that because the vendor bought it seven months before I did, it is not covered by their one-year warranty (I bought it on November 27, 2017). br>br>I'm going to have to send it in for repairs. To be honest, I feel like I just squandered $200 on a nice case and skin.
This is ideal for him because he is a Pikachu fan and yellow is his favorite color. This is the permanent plastic cover for the 3DS, unlike the "skins" that you can buy for it. He's ecstatic to be the only person he knows who owns this special yellow edition 3ds; it's not a sticker that will peel and roll up over time. br>His previous 3ds only lasted about a year with heavy use before failing to turn on; this is a nice replacement, and I'm hoping it lasts a little longer. The cost is slightly higher, but not enough to make a Pikachu fan choose between the two.
A year later, our kids are still using them on a daily basis and have not broken them. This purchase has made me very happy. They like that theirs aren't like their friends', making it more difficult to mix them up with theirs.
