Questions & Answers

Is Amazon the cheapest place to buy a 3ds xl, and if not, where can you get one for less?

Prices vary according to the time of day, the store, and the region. Consult the stores in your area.

I'd like to get a 32GB SD card. Is it possible that I'll lose my pre-existing pre-existing condition? Have you got a game installed?

No, you won't lose it; however, because your new SD Card will be empty, you'll have to download it again. It will be available on the Nintendo eShop. Both the shop and the download will be free.

I'm from India; will it work in my country if I order it from here?

The item itself will work, but whether or not it will work in your region is dependent on region lock.

Will it be able to watch Netflix?

Yes, Netflix has an app.

The color is fantastic! Because my son wanted 3DS games and my husband didn't want to share his system with him in case they both wanted to play at the same time and because some game files save to the system, I got this for him as his main Christmas gift this year
4/5

I chose this one because there aren't many color options and it appears to be a nice color. It's very pretty and looks exactly like the pictures on the internet! I also used my cricut to make a decal of Yoshi's head and his name in pixel font to put on it! I took a photo that doesn't do the color justice; in person, it's a lot brighter, and it's a shimmery green rather than a creamy opaque one. It's not feminine, so don't be put off by the fact that it has a shimmer to it. br>br>It comes preinstalled with Super Mario World, which is a huge plus for us because it's one less game to lose or damage, and even though the game only allows for three save files, we have four people in our family who play it, so that's a big help! It was a nice perk, but it wasn't why we chose this system in the first place. br>br>He adores it, and because it's so small and portable, he can take it with him wherever he goes. I prefer that he bring this instead of his iPad because it is not only less expensive, but it is also less likely to break or be damaged. I bought him a case to hold it, his games, and the cord at a local store. br>br>I'm giving it four stars because the 3DS XL systems don't come with cords for some inexplicable reason. I recall that older Game Boy systems could be powered by batteries or by a charging cord, so the cords were not included, which makes sense. Because there is no option to change the batteries (it's only a rechargeable lithium ion battery), my previous DSI XL came with a cord. When I first heard about it, I assumed it was the same. I bought the first two for my husband and me when we upgraded from DSI XL systems, and I was wrong; all that is in the box is the system, one stylus, and cards that can be used to play games with the system. The DSI XL came with two styluses, one of which was thick and resembled a pen. I'm not sure why they're including less now in exchange for more money, but I suppose that's how it works. Fortunately, the charging cords that came with our DSI XL systems work with these systems, so we didn't have to buy any new ones; however, we did have to buy two for the kids' systems so that we each have our own cord; I can't believe they don't include a cord for the price; it's such a cheap part, and you can probably get it for less than $10 on Amazon when it's on sale. When I got them for the kids, I paid around $15.

It's a fantastic handheld system, and you can get it for a great price if you buy it used I bought two of these for Christmas gifts from Warehouse Deals
5/5

Both have an ips screen on the upper half and a TN screen on the lower half. Although the 3ds is rumored to be nearing its end of life (next year), it still has a large library of games to choose from. You name it, and there's a good game on this system, along with all the classics that can be played on the virtual console: action, adventure, rpg, platformers, shooters, racing, you name it, and there's a good game on this system. br>br>Both of the systems I bought were perfect. I purposefully chose the two systems I bought based on the notes, and neither had any damage or scratch notes. Before going online, both systems needed to be updated; one system that was listed as brand new was on version 11. 0 and the other, which was excellent, was at 11. The update went smoothly, and the entire eshop game catalog is now available. The system that came with 11 was the only one that worked. The included game was installed on 0 at the time. For me, it's not a significant issue. br>br>I'm pleased with my purchase, and I'm even happier that I got them before the price went up by more than $20 each a few weeks ago. br>br>I also have a PS Vita, and there is no comparison for me. In my opinion, the Nintendo 3DS is far superior. br>br>In comparison to the vita, the 3ds has the following advantages: br>Uses a standard micro sd cardbr>Larger catalogue of games (more fun games in general)br>New games are still being made and released for the 3dsbr>Multiplayer (local and online) is betterbr>Has 3d that works well enough and is easy to turn offbr>I seem to get better battery life on my 3dsbr>br>br>Cons of the 3ds vs vitab ps4br>br>Hopefully, the people to whom this system is given will enjoy it as much as I do.

Nintendo 3DS Limited Edition is very nice
5/5

Despite its advantages and disadvantages, the Nintendo 3DS system has a lot to offer. This is a beautiful Nintendo 3DS Limited Edition. I bought it with my reward points, thinking it might be useful to play on the go or something. It has risen in value due to its rarity as an Amazon Exclusive with only a small number of copies made and sold. I'm not a huge fan of the 3DS and rarely use it, but it's a fun little device. I haven't had any issues with the battery, and it seems to last forever. The most serious issue I have with it is that it causes hand, thumb, and finger cramps due to its poor ergonomic design. Think again if you think you'll be able to sit down and play this thing for hours on end like you can with a console controller! It isn't designed to be as comfortable to use as a modern console controller. The cramping is caused by the device's poor ergonomic design and disproportioned weight due to the top screen. You don't even need large hands to experience it. I noticed that there is an optional grip attachment made by a third party that can be purchased and added on, but I have never used it so I can't comment on its comfort or performance. I hope this review was helpful; thank you for taking the time to read it, and have a wonderful day! Thank you for your time.
