Is the New Nintendo 3DS-XL Worth Buying? Is it true that the XL model is so bad? I understand Nintendo is desperate for cash after failing to sell the WiiU, but I didn't think it would have an impact on the 3DS line. ?

The model isn't bad in and of itself. There are some improvements, as well as some differences, such as the front and back of the new model being more glossy than the previous model. I'd say there are more improvements than quality reductions, but if you already own an older 3ds model, you're not getting much more with this one. Also, Nintendo is heavily promoting the Wii U, and if you don't have one by the end of 2015, you'll be missing out on some fantastic games. Such as: Splatoon, Xenoblade Chronicles X, Mario Party 10, Star Fox Wii U, Kirby and the Rainbow Curse, and Yoshi's Wolly World are among the games that have been released for the Wii U.

Would prohibiting scalpers be an effective way to eliminate much of the scalping?

There will always be scalpers as long as some people are willing to pay more than the retail price for something.

The paint has started to peel away

It's a beautiful design. Playing the 3DS XL is a lot of fun. There is a large number of games from which to choose. The battery lasts a very long time. The paint on both sides is peeling off in large sections, which is my only complaint about this particular unit. When I'm not using it, I keep it covered, and my kids don't touch it, so I'm disappointed because the design was the only reason I bought it.

Be cautious when purchasing something online

It arrived in good condition. Was delivered on time as promised. I'd never heard of the extra game, and my son is unlikely to play it. The charger that came with it was rusted and had toothpaste in the port where you plugged the 3ds in. Obviously, we were able to obtain a replacement charger, but be aware that the product's wording leaves a lot of room for interpretation.

What a lovely system you've got going here. The custom shell is fantastic, and there are few (if any) better 3DS's out there. ) It was also in excellent condition when I received it. On the outside, there were only a few minor scratches, and on the screens, there were only one or two.

And it's enough for me

This was a limited-edition item when I purchased it. And it's enough for me. It performs as well as one might expect. This is the 3ds xl system, which is brand new. So it has an internal memory card, which I replaced with a much larger one right away. There is a 4 GB one included. However, I believe that a 32-gigabyte drive would be more appropriate for this device.

This was a gift for my son, and he absolutely adores it. It was on time and in good condition when it arrived. They are overpriced in my opinion, but what can I say, I am old.

This was in fantastic shape when it arrived. It is a hit with my son. He's an avid Zelda fan at the age of 18, and this was the perfect addition to his collection. He's been using it nonstop since it arrived, and it's been great. There are no problems.
