old son. This is fantastic news for him. His Bluetooth-enabled wireless earbuds pair with the device. He has the ability to switch games on his own. It's already done for you. He has Mario Kart loaded, and despite the fact that the game is a little too difficult for him at this age, he still enjoys playing it! He also enjoys playing Mario Maker on his Nintendo DS. This is an excellent product for my son to use on long car rides. Some have speculated that it is too flimsy and will easily break in the hands of small children. I am not convinced. My son understands that he must treat it with respect and care. I see this as a responsibility lesson in that it explains how fragile items like this can be; I would buy it again!.

The package was damaged when it arrived

My son was ecstatic to get this present from "Santa. " " Regrettably, the item was damaged when it arrived. When he turned it on, the screen that asks you to select a language would not accept any of the languages that were included or those that were selected using the buttons. The device had become unresponsive. We tried troubleshooting with YouTube videos, but nothing seemed to work. Because of this device, Christmas morning was filled with tears rather than smiles, and it took a long time to ship at first, with the expected arrival date changing several times. This item will be returned to us.

For my autistic daughter, this is not a good idea

This system has a nice appearance, but it is not as user-friendly as previous systems for my autistic daughter. She'll struggle with it, but she'll be disappointed if I come back. There was also no user manual included, only a quickstart brochure. I can download one, but it contains far too many pages for me to waste my paper and ink on. For everyone else, I'm sure it's a fantastic system, but not for us.

Ideal for on-the-go play

This is my first Nintendo DS handheld, and I love the size. It's light, which is ideal for my small, aching hands. I can play for an entire day before the battery runs out. I love Mario Kart 7, which comes preloaded on the device, and the speaker placement isn't an issue for me because of how I hold the DS. I like how there are ports for game cartridges. The micro SD card has a cover to prevent dust from getting in and accidentally popping out the cartridge. I get the impression that everything is of high quality. Should I ever require a different design or wish to give one as a gift, I would not hesitate to purchase another.

Although it is listed as new, the photos depict what I received. This is not a brand new product. The stylus would not fit in a box. When I turned it on, it wouldn't go off.

This is a lot of fun to play, and you can get all of the old school Mario Bros. , Dr. Mario, and other games for a low price, making it a great portable gaming system. The battery has a long life span.

This was purchased with my son's birthday money. He was looking forward to receiving it because the description stated that it was brand new. It came in a mailer bag with no packaging, with a kid named Noah's information written in sharpie on the back, and the screen was broken when we got it.
