While the software installed fine, the video is very choppy on my computer. My video card performs fine and I have no issue playing online videos, DVD's, etc. The software does not connect to the audio either. I have updated The link to this item still does not work, even after trying the updated one customer service provided. My complaint was taken care of, though, by the company by issuing a full refund. The software hasn't installed on two laptops, and I have attempted to install it on three different laptops. There is an issue with installing the driver. In an attempt to fix this issue, I even bought a driver update program, but it was ineffective.
