Not for the television itself, but for the fact that it continues to add channels I didn't order or want. It's a royal paints issue, and they're constantly deleting them. The TV itself is functional. It SUCKS when you turn it on. When you turn on the television, you will be given an activation code. A few minutes later, you receive a call asking for that code, followed by a barrage of high-pressure sales pitches for special activation orders, despite the fact that the activation screen states that ROKU does not charge for activation. Then you're transferred to tech support, where you're given options that are very confusing, and the call has so much background noise combined with the accents that half of what's said is incomprehensible. When I was halfway through setting up, I was told that I needed to finish. Instructions were supposed to be emailed, but they haven't arrived after three days. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT FOR PURCHASE!.

The Roku software is sluggish and a little clumsy. There aren't any multi-level marketing opportunities. options for searching Roku is a sluggish device in every way. Different channels take a long time to load. It takes a long time for YouTube to load and for button clicks to be registered. If you don't need any apps, the picture and TV are both inexpensive to use. Don't buy this if you rely on apps and other nonsense.

A mute button is also included. br>Alright, I don't usually write reviews, so this may not "flow" well. This was purchased as a present for a friend whose television had stopped working. He had it delivered directly to his home. It was mounted on the wall and connected to his cable, but it wasn't connected to the Roku. So we("I") tried the code, and it provided me with an 800 number to call, as mentioned in several reviews here, and it costs $99 to set up. I told a friend that I needed the owner's manual so that I could contact customer service; long story short, he misplaced it, so I googled it, called them, and they walked us through it. You must first create a Roku account. Perhaps if a friend had an account, those codes would have worked right away! In any case, create a user account. There is a section where payment information is requested. That was something that a friend refused to include. Furthermore, you are not obligated to do so. After we'd finished setting everything up and hung up with the pleasant Indian representative. We hooked up the cable, scanned for channels, and then switched it to the channel my friend was watching in the living room. There was almost no sound! NONE! I went over all of the options several times. There isn't much of a difference in volume. I was completely let down. I was all set to print a return label, pack it up, and at the very least exchange it if it couldn't be returned. I had previously mentioned that having a Roku stick was great because you could download a remote to your phone. And since I still had it, I showed it to him by opening it. BUTTONS TO CONTROL THE VOLUME WERE INCLUDED! I was able to turn the volume all the way up, then control the volume with his cable control. It feels so good! br>Another minor flaw was the size of the image, which didn't fill the entire screen. So the next morning, I called the TV manufacturer, and while I was on hold, I was given the information I needed. It stated that if you want to change the size of a program or movie while watching it, press the * button. It worked because I did it before the rep got back on the line! So there isn't any need for a return! We had several TCL 32" Roku TVs in our van, which were a lot of fun. Dish Anywhere has a great picture, a great interface with an external antenna, and the ability to pause, forward, and back for antenna channels. We smashed the TV and had to buy a new one, only to discover that the new Roku TV no longer has Dish Anywhere. We used to be able to watch all of our Dish Channels on Dish Anywhere, but that is no longer the case. To watch Dish Anywhere on a Roku TV, you'll need to purchase a Firestick. You can't hook up anything because there's only one USB port. I like the price except for the fact that you have to pay as much as the price of the tv to use the smart features I finally connected it to the internet to set it up and was directed to customer service where I discovered that I will have to pay a register fee of $90 to use my tv I never had to purchase anything after I purchased my vizio and it is working very well I will be returning this crap and filing a claim with the better business bureau I will be returning this crap and I will also file Please make your response here. I had an misunderstanding. I apologize to all involved. With the 90-dollar registration fee, it is clearly a form of fraud that people start getting duped into signing up while purchasing new TVs and/or signing into a fake Facebook account.
