Questions & Answers

There are a lot of them. People who don't know how to measure televisions give it 5 stars. The diagonal measurement, not the width, is what is meant by screen size. ?

Since the 1950s, when we abandoned round picture tubes, the diagonal measurement of the screen has been advertised on every TV sold in America. Computer monitors are in the same boat. When CRTs were all we had, TVs were advertised based on the diagonal measure of the entire CRT, not the smaller viewable portion. Computer monitors, on the other hand, were always advertised based on the viewable diagonal measure. TVs are now sold in this manner as well. However, no television is sold based on screen width.

Is it possible to use air play with this?

Samsung makes you agree to all of their terms and conditions (including giving up your identity) in order to use its software. Technically, you shouldn't need this because you can connect the TV to the internet, and Airplay only works with Wifi.

Is it possible to use a standard mount with this television?

The Vesa norm is 200x200 inches for 43,50,55 inches. 65 x 400 x 300 mm is a size of 65 x 400 x 300 75 is equal to 400 x 400. 600x400 is the same as 85. This is the wall mount that I chose. mounting-systems/topproducts24dotcom dream- md2380 md2380 md2380 md23

Is there anything else I need to do to get Amazon Prime to work on this system?

Amazon, Netflix, Hulu, and a slew of other streaming services are all available on the television. Two of my TVs were damaged by lightning, so I replaced them with two of these and stored my Amazon Cube in the closet; the TV is excellent. I bought it at Sam's Club, and it came with a three-year Samsung warranty, plus a two-year extension thanks to my credit card. The best thing that could have happened to me was the lightening. I'm very pleased with the televisions I purchased.

The image quality is excellent
3/5

The rest is a complete waste of time. A massive letdown. Pros: The picture quality is adequate, but nothing to write home about.
- br>br>Cons: The thin frame is not attractive. br>br> Because the TV does not get very bright and is quite reflective, it is not suitable for watching during the day.
- The smart interface software is so bad that it constantly crashes and freezes.
- The remote's voice control, for example, does not work as expected: Searching on AppleTV with the Voice input does not work.
- The remote has no backlight, no distinguishing features on the buttons, and several of them are completely useless. Consider the following scenario: There is no button for the TV settings; to get to the TV settings, you must first press the Home Button and then click Left SIX TIMES, each time passing an advertisement, yet I have some completely useless multi-function buttons. I'm not going to use the color input button or the ambient mode button.
- When you press the home button, advertisements appear indefinitely. That's so inconvenient; why did I pay to be bombarded with advertisements every time I turn on the television?
- Even the USB inputs are impossible to use if the TV is wall mounted, and one of the HDMI ports even points towards the wall, so I can't even plug anything into it unless I buy a 90 degree HDMI cable. br>br>To be honest, I didn't expect a TV from 2020 to be this bad. The smart interface regularly crashes, freezes, and updates, which is by far the most serious "Con. " I'm hoping it's just because it's a new TV, but even if it is, I'd give it a 3/5 rating. However, I'm seriously considering returning this item because it's so inconvenient.

Be wary of the specifications on this page
5/5

Because the specifications on this Amazon page do not match those on other websites, they are perplexing. For example, 60 frames per second is stated here but 120 frames per second is stated elsewhere. According to our research, the 55" and larger screens have 120 frames per second, while the smaller screens have 60 frames per second. There are two HDMI ports here and three elsewhere, according to the documentation. I believe it has something to do with the size of the television you purchased, but I'm not certain. Even when viewing a 55" or larger television, the compare feature for their smaller versions is still visible. br>br>As a result, many people have said, "I didn't realize this was 60 fps when I bought it, but I can't tell," because it is actually 120 fps if the screen is 55" or larger. br>br>Have a look at the stats elsewhere if this doesn't help. Apart from that, the television is excellent; the colors are vibrant when compared to a standard television, but the RU8000 has a richer color palette. This is essentially the RU8000's budget version, but it performs admirably. For 4k, it performs admirably, possibly even better than the best in its class. Because of the low input lag, this device is ideal for gaming. In most reviews, the gaming mode is rated higher than the movie picture mode. To get the most out of this, the initial settings will have to be tweaked. Simply look up the best setting on the internet and you're set. This television received a score of 9 after it was optimized. 0 for 4K TVs, 0 for 4K TVs, 0 for 4K TVs, 0 for 4K It received a score of 7 with optimized settings.

So far, everything has gone well: It was delivered yesterday, and I set it up last night
5/5

I was a little worried about a couple of things; the Amazon details weren't exactly clear on whether there was a Samsung tv plus and if the T. was there a YouTube TV app that could be used? Yes, they are both available; however, when I looked through the apps during initial setup, I couldn't find Youtube T. app, but after I finished the setup and was browsing the Samsung tv plus channel lineup, I decided to check in all apps, went to search, typed in "YOUTUBE TV," and bam, there it was, downloaded (which was pretty quick considering the "epidemic" slowing down internet speeds). I was able to get Alexa set up with the exception of trying to use the drop-down menu. Today, I tried to use the in feature on my cell phone at work to call my wife at home, but it didn't work. I'm not sure what's wrong, but I've spent the last three years purchasing one television for each room in my house. In my son's room, I have a 40-inch television. In the living room, a Samsung 4K 2018 model, and a Samsung 55in 2019 model. I believe the model number is NU7200, and this television was purchased for my wife and me this year. I'll post some pictures later. I love the new remote; it's a lot slimmer than the old one, and it seems to load apps pretty quickly when you turn it on. It was nice when I set up my commute to work and was able to just ask Alexa on the remote how long it would take me to drive and the best way to get there, and it got me to work in half the time it usually takes me! I'll keep you updated on anything positive or negative that happens in the future.

I really like this TV and am happy with my purchase because it is a great TV at a great price
5/5

I used the built-in YouTube app to watch some 4K demo videos, and the 4K picture is absolutely stunning. The only minor criticism is that the blacks aren't truly black, which is true of all LCD screens, but unless you want to spend the money on an OLED, that's the way it will be. The built-in speakers on the television provide excellent sound quality. br>br>Overall, I only have a couple of minor issues with the television. The first is that I'm not a big fan of modern "minimalist" remote controls. Call me old-fashioned, but I prefer a number pad when watching cable TV channels on the built-in Spectrum TV app. But if it's a big deal to me, I'm sure I could get a universal remote to use with the TV. br>br>My other minor gripe is that the "stand" that came with the TV isn't my favorite. My old Samsung TV had a great swivel stand that allowed me to move the TV from side to side depending on where I was sitting in the room. Because this TV only has two "feet" for a stand, there is no way to swivel it. I'll probably be able to fix this by purchasing an aftermarket product. I'm looking for a universal TV stand that can swivel if I want it to. br>br>Overall, I am very pleased with this television and would recommend it to others. It's a great deal at under $400.

The television is incredible
5/5

This is a fantastic television. I was under the impression that it had four HDMI ports, but I purchased a splitter, which should solve the issue. The graphics in the games and films are incredible. Also, if your soundbar is a Samsung, it will automatically detect or request connection to the television.
