Warrant? My television is a law-abiding citizen who has never been charged with a crime.
Most devices will only work with optical output if you change Dolby to PCM in Expert.
The Vesa standard is 100x100mm in size. This is the wall mount that I chose. http://www.topproducts24.com/videosecu- ml531be/ (http://www.ml531be.com/)
It only has a timer that turns off. There are no voice commands, so the only way to turn on the TV is with the remote.

I desired a television that could be mounted on the wall. I'm going to put it in my bedroom because I'm short on space. I was taken aback to learn that finding a top-notch lawyer has become increasingly difficult. These days, you can get high-quality television in a smaller package - We couldn't find much better in a 32" model than this Samsung. Despite its diminutive size, it contains all of the necessary features as well as excellent picture quality. br>br>The TV is small and light, making it simple to mount on the wall. I used an articulating arm mount, which allows me to tilt and position the TV in any direction I want, and its light weight made it simple. The TV remote is identical to those found on other recent Samsung televisions, so if you're used to it, it'll feel very familiar. br>br>This is a "smart" TV, which means it has apps for Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and a variety of other services. Even if you're a cord-cutter, a fast internet connection should allow you to stream whatever you want to your TV. To most people, it's probably insignificant, but I appreciate the fact that the power draw - even when the television is turned off - is a small percentage. br>br>Overall, I'd say the picture quality is very good, with a nice bright picture that's sharp and contrasty with the majority of the content. The black levels are good, and the only thing I notice is a certain "harshness" that can be found on many modern televisions. br>br>Overall, if you need a good quality smaller Smart TV that can still put a nice quality image in front of you, then this Samsung is definitely worth a try. I admit, I was a plasma holdout, and now my main TV is a 75" OLED just to avoid this issue, so I may be a little more sensitive than most. br>br>.
It arrived on time, and with the assistance of the cable guy, I was able to set it up. I wanted to double-check that I hadn't made any mistakes. I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the picture, sound, and size. I was in heaven for five days. This year was shaping up to be a fantastic one. It would be a delight to watch any of my favorite shows. I attempted to turn on the TV with the cable remote on the sixth day in the morning. Although the cable box was turned on, the television was not. I attempted to use the remote that came with the television. Nothing. I tried the manual button once more, but nothing happened. I requested a refund and returned it. Then I ordered a second one, identical to the first, because what are the chances of two TVs doing the same thing? (I should have gone with Mr. Spock. ) ) I put it together and it worked perfectly. Then it happened again the next morning. I unplugged it this time, waited 30 seconds, and then plugged it back in. It had the desired effect. I dialed Sam Sung's number and spoke with an agent, telling him everything that had happened. He said the TV was making a change and that he should give it a week to see if it would fix it and that he should call back if it happened again. It's happened before, and it's happening now. He wanted me to unplug it this time and wait 60 seconds before plugging it back in and seeing if it happened again. I'll notify a supervisor if it happens again. The model number for this item is UN32N5300AF. I make an effort to be patient with others and allow them to solve problems as they arise. I'm retired and on my way to becoming a senior citizen. Some may think I'm a moron, but I believe in giving people a second chance. But I can only go so far before things have to improve. I hope that this information will assist people in making decisions. I wish you better fortune than I did.
I'm glad Samsung decided to make a current (2018) model in this size, because attaching the two little stands (at each end of the set, for placing the TV on a table or stand) was the most difficult part of the set up for me. A screwdriver is required, and I found the four screws to be difficult to insert. Furthermore, following the on-screen instructions takes some time. To connect the TV to the internet and register it with Samsung, follow the on-screen instructions. It's too bad the remote doesn't have a voice-activation feature, because you have to type in quite a bit of information one character at a time, but I suppose that's what you have to do with any other "smart" TV these days. Here are two ideas: The stands (along with the TV) are very light, and it appears that if you're not careful, you could easily tip the set over, so I used black duct tape to "secure" the stands to my stand, which worked fine; 2. Consumer Reports has a feature where you can enter the make and model of your TV and it will recommend settings for an optimal picture. (Of course, unless you know someone who is a subscriber, you must subscribe to CR to use this feature. ) ) I have to say, that was a huge success for me. I sit about 5 to 6 feet away from the television, and I wanted a set that wasn't too big or "too much," if you know what I mean.
This television hasn't turned on properly for us. It wouldn't turn on for no apparent reason one day. Fortunately, my coworker's IT guy told me to unplug it (we have a similar model at our library). It appeared to be successful. The screen then changed to a strange blue color last week. The problem was not resolved by turning it off and on again, but it was resolved by unplugging it. The sound on the television does not always come on. I'm not sure what the deal is with this model, but it's not my old Samsung. I'm not happy at all.
I had to return this television because it would not connect to my wireless network every time I turned it on. I tried the "Troubleshooting" feature several times, but each time I had to unplug and re-plug the TV. It'd work then. The streaming menu was also a chore for me. It was the final straw when a "sponsored" app appeared in the app store before the apps I actually use. I'm not going to call customer service to figure out why I have to unplug the TV every time I want to watch it. I'm going to get a Vizio television.
This smart television was purchased to replace an older television that included a cable box. Now that I only stream, having a variety of televisions in various sizes for various rooms was essential. With excellent picture quality, a low price, and an internal menu system that is friendly to all streamers, this Samsung fit the bill. My internet connection was quickly established with the setup. There is nothing to complain about.
I've recently started experiencing a problem where I can hear but not see. To get a picture, the unit must be turned off and on again. I'm stuck with it because it's a week after the due date.
