I'm not sure what you mean by "tile" when you say "when they play a DVD player." Anyway, they keep the DVDs clean, but they didn't get rid of my hang-ups from the DVD I had, but they're a good product.
I bought them for my boyfriend, who sells and buys CDs, DVDs, and even Blu-ray discs at trade shows. The ones with the ray coating. Neither he nor I have ever had a problem. These have the function of a duster. However, to use with these wipes, I bought a liquid cleaner.
Each packet contains a total of 20 wipes.
I was pleased with the fast wipes because they restored the DVD's surface to new condition and did not require any additional cleaning beyond the wipes.

They resemble large round gauze pads, but they feel like cheap toilet paper and do not appear to work. Maybe they work and I'm just not seeing it, but the disc looked exactly the same after wiping it as instructed—smudges, dust, and all. Not only that, but these things, according to the label, leave tiny scratches on the disc that shouldn't affect its performance. The only way to know is to wait and see. Nonetheless, I consider them to be a waste of money at this time.
I used these in conjunction with a spray CD/DVD cleaner to clean over 250 CDs that I had acquired or created over the previous 25 years. I had a Technics 150 1 Changer that finally failed where I used to keep most of my CD's after it failed several years ago CD's got handled and laid around a lot and became seriously filthy, bought a used 400 CD Yamaha changer used here on AMAZON and it's been working well so far, knock on wood. Before it dies, I'll digitize everything and copy it to my NAS, along with the remaining 1 Terabyte, which I'll then DNLA stream to my Home Entertainment System - I'm pleased with these; they performed admirably for the intended purpose.
To clean CDs, I usually use plain tissue, which works quite well. But not only do these clean very well, removing skips that aren't caused by scratches, but they also make the CD sound almost brand new after I use them. Tissue usually leaves a small amount of static on a CD, but after using these, I don't hear any static at all.
br>br>I've always had trouble cleaning movies and games with microfiber cloths because they usually just add more dust to the mix. It really irritates me. So when I came across these, I couldn't wait to put them to the test. br>br>The package arrived in perfect condition. They're a lot thinner than I expected, but they're still functional. Taking out just one is difficult. They are, however, very simple to use and do an excellent job of removing dust and smudges without exacerbating the problem. br>br>Will buy again without a doubt. Check out the images of my customers to get a better idea of how they look!.
Our kiddie DVDs are frequently fingerprinted because I have small children. Normally, I clean them by "breathing" on the soiled DVD and using the inside of my T-shirt to do so. To clean the DVDs, use a t-shirt. But I started looking for a different solution that didn't require my T-shirt. This item is a t-shirt I decided to order a pack of Allsop CD and DVD fast-wipes because they seemed like a good option. br>br>After giving them a shot, I think they're pretty good. They don't get all of the fingerprints off without a little help (or, in my case, a "breath" on the DVD), but they get about 95% of them off quickly and easily. The fabric is lint-free and performs exactly as it should. Each pack contains 20 CD/DVD shaped wipes. It's just a gimmick that it's shaped like a DVD. Before wiping, I usually fold them in half or quarters, so if they were square-shaped, I would fold them in half or quarters as well. It's possible that being shaped (and thus having a little more material) would be more useful than being shaped like a circle. Each wipe can be re-used, according to the instructions. br>br>Overall, these are a good buy and work well at a reasonable price. Four stars. used until it becomes visibly dirty or worn, so you can clean multiple DVDs per wipe.
If there are a lot of fingerprints or smudges on the disk, these wipes will smear rather than clean it completely. Manufacturers must devise a wet method for breaking down skin oils and other smears without damaging the disc, followed by cleaning with a dry cloth.
I have a lot of gaming disks and blue-ray discs to clean. ray disks, and I've discovered that each one can be used for about an hour. 50- Unlike others that fall apart when washed, these can be used 100 times before being washed. When they're finished, I simply hang them on the line in my washer room until they're completely dry, and then I repeat the process. I'm still using the first three items in the pack, and they're working perfectly. I did wash them afterward to ensure that they functioned properly in case I needed to purchase more in the future. Simply take the cloth and wrap it around your disk from the inside out, and they will remove anything that is on it. They don't wipe away scratches; they're there to clean our disks of contaminants such as fingerprints, children's fingers, and so on. These get a 5-star rating from me. star. They perform better than anything else on the market.
You get a few small scratches, but I did get one of my non-scratchable items. To get to work, I'm going to play some discs. I also used some lavender oil to help with the cleansing process after noticing that it made it go a little faster. Because of the scratches left behind, the wipes themselves aren't very good. There must be better alternatives available.
