The refurbished electronics I've purchased on Amazon in the past have always worked. This DVD player looks like it's brand new, and it works great as well. I am very happy with the results! It seems to me that to get the most out of this experience, you have to be willing to pay $350-$400. A unit of this type costs $400, so you'll want to make sure that it's been thoroughly tested and inspected before purchase.

I received this package in a poo bag. There are scratches all over the body of the VVR and the eject cover as well as the power button are As advertised, this VCR was supposed to be in excellent condition. It was the worst experience I've ever had.

In spite of its advertised capability, this unit cannot record to DVD. It was hard for me to do it several ways. The light comes on and that is all that is necessary to record. It is as simple as using the menu and the remote control. A record does not exist. I am trying to return it for a refund.
