This product has a lot to recommend it. The image quality is excellent, and the screen can be adjusted in a variety of ways. I wish the battery life was a little longer; they claim it will last 3 hours on a full charge, but I haven't tried it yet. One thing I didn't like was that there was no way to tell how much power was left in the battery. I've been told that when the battery is down to 5% a red light will appear on the front of the player else you have no way of knowing if you need to recharge If the three-hour life is correct, you only have about nine minutes left. I'm not sure if performance suffers at that level. The sound was also something I wished was better. The speakers are a little tinny and difficult to hear. Even with headphones on and the volume turned up to eleven, it wasn't very loud. But then again, my hearing isn't great, so maybe others won't have the same issue. My remote was the only other issue I had. It contains an excessive number of buttons that could be better organized. Though it was simple enough to use once I figured out which buttons I needed to do what I wanted (watch the damn movie), I still have no idea what half of the buttons do. Oh well, the bottom line is that I am pleased with the final product.

One thing to keep in mind is that your SD card or USB must be formatted to FAT32; it will not read any other format. This is a simple task; there are numerous FREE online programs that will format them for you in a matter of seconds. It has a last memory feature that allows you to resume watching DVDs from where you left off. This player has HDMI input and output, so you can connect it to a big screen or connect it to any HDMI source. The 14" large screen is easy to view, the picture quality is excellent, the sound quality through headphones is excellent, and the unit and remote are simple to use and understand, she says, giving it a five-star rating!.

This device is fantastic at playing Blu-ray discs and I highly recommend it. I purchased it because of the rays. I believe I am one of the last people on the planet who still uses Netflix to get physical disks. Because my wife dislikes action and horror films, I can now watch them close to home without bothering her. I already had a Bluetooth transmitter (which is all this device requires) and was able to use wireless headphones with it. I can even keep the transmitter charged by plugging it in to the USB port. br>On the negative side, the screen quality is poor unless you start from the beginning. This isn't an issue for me because I don't need to share my screen, but it wouldn't be ideal if that was the intention. In addition, if the device loses power, the save position is rendered useless. It does have one dead pixel, but it isn't too bothersome. br>Overall, I still enjoy the device and have no regrets about purchasing it.

We were pleased with the display's performance, which was 1920x1080 native. The device is surprisingly light, which is a huge plus. An external monitor was used to test the HDMI output, and it performed admirably. We haven't tried all of the features yet, but we haven't been let down yet. One feature I'd like to see in all of the products in this category is removable batteries, so you can have a spare on hand if the first one runs out. Because the Remote Control Unit was larger than the others in this category, it was easier to operate.
