It is impossible to say that the seller's actions are at all accountable for the one thing that doesn't work on this device. Here is what I will say. Firstly, I was able to run Cat6 cable instead of coax and power and this saved me a lot of It no longer makes sense to hide the cables at junction boxes for the cameras I am installing. To sum it up, the ice device size was something I personally did not compensate for. Despite their ability to take up a lot of space even though they are technically small, the DVR takes up a lot of space since it is so close. Here we are. Although I only used one shelf, I must be fair. The amount I will be using will require a bigger enclosure, so I will switch from a shelf to this one.
